I recently visited Reliance Digital to obtain a new SIM card while retaining my old number, and I must say that the staff was helpful throughout the process. Overall, my experience at Reliance Digital was extremely positive.

Great service. Workers was friendly. We took about an hour to choose the product and they were very friendly and gave us information about the product in a very good manner.

I am writing this review with great disappointment. On 30th August 2021 we purchased a Samsung microwave oven (model no mc28h5145vkt) from Reliance digital shop, Nagampadam, Kottayam. We received a defective microwave which was the demo item at the shop. It was unfair and unacceptable.
The defect was that the microwave oven was missing one of its legs. Because of that, it was slanting and unsteady. When we informed the Reliance shop about the problem, we had a bad experience with the Sales Manager. He was not willing to give us a new product and told us it will be repaired. After one month of continuous follow-up with the shop and customer care service they repaired the product and still it's SLANTING and unsteady. After paying an amount of Rs 15990/- (bill number - 383810321900432) and delivering a demo product is not an ethical way of doing business.

Very bad customer service.staff judging customers by thier appearance and thier buying capacity. Staffs are always encaged with thier own personal mobile.not even paying a single attention to the customers.really un expected service from such a famous brand.

Always compare the prices of reliance digital online app and store before purchasing anything.

Plz ensure that u dont get bad service by following suggestions of reliance staff to outisde shops for accessories.

Also plz ensure u take extended warranty or any such plans to the maximum.

Visit the shop after an enquiry via phone to get prior knowledge of bank card offers.

Good offer price is available when compared with other shops.

Great ambience and good customer support for the products available at shop.

Best in Kottayam.better service.reasonable price.best price compared to others shops in Kottayam.

The customer service here is quite impressive. My inquires were answered without any doubts. And I was happy with the range of appliances available.

Worst shopping experience ever. Reliance Digital advertise 24 hours delivery but never deliver the item. I placed order for Express 24 hrs delivery on Reliance Digital website. Store confirmed the product is available and received invoice by email. Waited for 5 days and no delivery saying IMEI validation is pending.

Finally, on the 5th day they cancelled my order without even contacting me. If I had ordered from Amazon or Flipkart, it would have been delivered in 3 days time. Wasted 5 days expecting the delivery.

This was the first time I ordered from Reliance Digital and will be the last time too.

I bought a Samsung 465 Litres Refrigerator, delivered on 3rd day of purchase. The store didn't send anybody for installation for 2 days. Called Samsung Call Centre, they installed it in 2 hours time. Poor Service.

Great service, good staff but only one counter to pay. I had to stand there ten minutes before my chance to pay. At least one more counter to pay will be greatly appreciated.

There service was pathetic ; when we paid for installation the service guys are asking for money again by telling some technical issues

I wanted to give a zero star review unfortunately it's not therevery disappointing and poor service. No respect to customers, too pathetic. Worst experience ever as a customer.

Reasonable price. Only disadvantage is they deliver later. We can go check a sample only equipment.

The worst service ever. The management gives fake promises to sell their products and never ever keep their word after the sale is done. It’s the second time they prove that they aren’t trustworthy. Maybe you should try some other stores. Please don’t prefer KOTTAYAM store. This store don’t care much about costumers after sales.

We visited this store to buy a home appliance. While they had all major brands, efficient & knowledgeable salesperson, their prices were the highest & discounts the lowest among the 4 other stores we visited. They need to be bit more competitive in pricing to survive in their current location with 4 other competitor stores in walkable distance. The lack of personnel at car park causes double parking and a lot of trouble.

Dont listen to the staffs.the staff who i was talk with lied about the product details.so do your own research make your decision and check availability there.pricing is good.not overpriced like oxygen

1.ones again the staff given fake information about product such as self cleaning tech, eco mode, works without stabilizer (supplied manual recommends stabilizer). Such features not present in rbtu model which is older than they said
2.dont pay installation charges there.they are charging 200 extra and the staffs coming for installation were not product company they are relaince staff have no deeper knowledge about product
3.installation staff s charge a fee of amount 350 extra thus making installation cost upto 1550.4.reliance godown is in ernakulam so you cant just walk-in and take home. 2,3 days delay is there
such a worst experience i will never ever walk into reliance digital. I purchased only bcz of my friend who works as a financial staffs there.

I bought a television from the reliance digital kottayam having 2 year company warranty. They ask me to take extra 2 years warranty for repairing purposes after warranty. Unfortunately the tv get a complaint on 26/12/2019 and I request for service on 27/12/2019 but upto this moment complaint of my television didn't get cleared.

When I contact the service centre they didn't give any positive reponses from there side. They are simply telling excuses.

Worst customer care I ever deal with.

I bought a Washing Machine from the reliance digital kottayam. My Washing Machine get a complaint on 25/12/2019 and I request for service on 29/12/2019 but they didnt response my complaint.every day i call them they tell today will arrange the technician and this procedure continuous on 18-01-2020.all the calls recorded regarding this conversations any one need i will share the details. Worst customer care I ever deal with and i never recommend this shop.

Terrible service, I contacted them few times to buy a laptop & they informed me they will call back with in minutes hours gone days going still when we contact them they will answer the same, Reliance must keep eye on their service sector it's extremely terrible.

Reliance digital is only the best electronic store i have seen in kottyam. They have demo of almost every products. Staff behaviours also professional and elegant

I had purchased a LED TV on 27th December 2018, That time its had a Free Gift of Sony Power Bank. They inform me that ' Our staff will contact you regarding the gift, And make the delivery about the same from the store. Till now I didn't get the call. I had visited the store 8 times including today. No response from the service staff and the team manager. Without the product stock I don't know how they offered the same to the customer. Where will I make a complaint? Anybody is here?

Great place to buy popular, frequent and winning running models of any electronic item. But hard to find unique and specific models.

Visited many times but didn't purchase anything bcoz of high price compared to near by shops oxygen, bismi.

Yes the shop is good and they have wide variety of electronic goods, the service provided them is very bad. Let me tell my story, I've bought a LG TV from here with extended warranty, after a year it broke down and since it is covered in warranty i took it to here they said they cant repair it here and made me take it to LG service center such that reliance will pay the bills, as of now it's been more than 2 weeks and the TV is still there at service center. I called LG and they said they've done the work but reliance aint paid the bills. This is very bad especially against a customer who trusts you and took an extended warranty.

So here is the conclusion. Dont buy anything from here and if you do, DO NOT TAKE EXTENDED WARRANTY

Its a large show room selling Home Appliances, computers, Laptop, Mobile phones, accessories etc. The showroom has large space in 2 floors & sufficient staff to attend the customers. The shop deals with all the lading brands and also their own brand (Reliance Reconnect) Their rates are very much comparative, compare with other shops. However, they have limited parking space in front of the shop.

Response from staff is poor. They are interested in promoting other brands.
The Jio SIM card activation counter is very slow and staff are not attentive.
For certain products they refer other showroom as if they are working for them.

Staff are polite and good. Only few products are available. If you have a specific product in your mind, then contact the store for availability of that product.

Very bad service. I bought 2 ACs (1.5 and 1 ton) on 25th May on condition that the installation would complete on monday. But till today it is not installed. My office inauguration postponed twise because of this. Now I have no idea about the opening. Low grade service.

My experience here while taking a sim card has been good. But when i went to buy a room cooler last week, i was asked to go to first floor but there were no staff there to guide. I walked out and no one even bothered

Branded electronics store. They have good arrangement of the goods and it reminds be US stores like best buy. Employees are very supportive, knowledgeable and answers all your questions and friendly as well. The downside was when I went to buy cooler and spend more than 30mins there and after I decided to buy the guy said its not readily available and they can deliver next day only. They should have said this at first and not wasting time.

They are not provide proper cash counter. And the executive s are pushing some kind of brand only (vivo, Samsung, ippo)

A very pleasant shopping experience. Extremely well behaved and helpful staff and a good variety of electronics. Recommended and will come again.

What a disgusting place. With the worst kind of service. Purchased a Sony Bravia on Friday. And till date it hasn't been fortunate enough to be installed. A staged drama was even witnessed when I went in to lodge the complain. Sucking. F##### place

Good pricing and service. Went to purchase a washing machine, compared pricing with many other shops in the area like Bismi, Nandilath G Mart, Pittapillil etc but found Reliance Digital to be the cheapest.

There are additional cash back offers running too.

Got delivery the next day on time and as scheduled.

I had the worst experience here. Went to buy an air conditioner (ac) due to the heat and the sales person said free installation and later on when I call in the company people for installation. They claim that I have to pay for it. Any brand we buy it has to be installed by there technicians (which was not mentioned at the point of sale) and I had to wait for 5-6 days since unavailability of technicians. They just want to do the sale not bothered about customer satisfaction or misinformation for there sales staffs.staff is not at all professional and negligent towards customer claims. The BDM said he will call back but never did as they are hardly bothered. I will advise my friends and family never to step in there and go to any other shop for buying and electronics items.

Today I called the Store service providers and had a worst experience in customer dealing. The employees should enact in a better way and try to maintain in attending the phone calls. Once i called to the telephone they just engaged it and there was no further inquiries. Please make sure the showroom authorities to maintain in thier workers.

Great place for electronics. Almost everything that we need is available here. Like we say everything in our fingertips!

It's a very very bad experience for me, i actually came for to take an microwave oven, the sales stafs are very good persons, they are giving more importants to the customer, and also the price is comfortable for me, but I had very very bad experience with the store, because the A/c is not working in the store, it's a terrible atmosphere in the store, why they are not correcting the ac? ?
