Reliance Fresh

I was insearch of pink salt, so I asked one of the lady staff, she didn't even looked at me she was literally herself behind a stand and taking over the phone. So I went and asked the cashier he paged for that same lady staff and she poineted and told me that the salt is kept behind, when I went there It was just normal salt.
Kindly train your staff (Ms. Shincy) a basic customer service.

Horrible customer Service, Only cashire's are available in the store, rest of the staff is chit chatting inside one room, if we ask for anything they'll not even guide you properly.
Also a take a note that it's not for the first time am having such an atrocious experience.

The store included item not purchased in my bill today.realised this after reaching home.these guys don't answer phone to inform them. Hence all should check items minutely before leaving cash counter.

Good collection and location is good, and behaviour of staff is also good, tevara reliance fresh os very big and there all your items are there, but this one is smaller but u have all your grocery items in one place at a decent price

Provides different cobo and offer for products especially for snacks. Compared to market varieties of vegetable and fruits collection are there. Price ranges from avarage to high depending upon quality and branding. Collection of kitchen dishes are also available at first floor and a portion is giver for dressing materials but limited collection only.

Probably the lone Reliance Fresh Shop in Thoppumpady area. Though small, the shop made almost all groceries available. Parking is a tricky affair and crowded most of the times.

Small but you would get everything your kitchen needs. Pro tip, go in morning for fresh veggies.

Okay place for a quick shopping. Billing counter is pretty organized. Parking contingency is there sometime

A good place to purchase ur everday needs. Its right in the middle of thoppumpady junction and has good accessibility. There r splendid offers though some are hoax

I have been visiting this supermarket since it's beginning.it's a good supermarket with good customer service and it is currently renovating.

Good and easy to get the product quickly as the staffs were very helpful

Mart is not much spacious

Better avoid this store. Very poor customer service, No respect to customers. Majority of fruits and vegetables are never fresh. There is no space between aisles to walk. Very long billing time. Less staff. No cleanliness, AC not working. Very few items.

Congested area with no parking space. Inside of store is very tightly organised. Not enough space to move around. Vegetables and fruits are not so fresh and expensive. Not a good selection compared to other reliance locations. I feel this location is worst among most reliance stores in Kerala

Cash counter service is very bad.made a purchase of around 150 at evening today. I was not having change.gave 500 but without asking other counter or checking he replied no change so I didn't purchase.they have no issues in losing customer or sales.

Terrible attitude from the cashier.especially ladies.please appoint someone who can handle the rush and stress and not show attitude to the customers.

Nice Reliance Fresh store opened recently in starting of Sep 2019. Good and fresh vegetables items also available there. Variety of vegetables available there at low cost compare to outside market.lots of product available there.every household items available there

Place is overcrowded with items. Like sometimes it's hard to move around if people are more. And billing counter is always slow after 6pm.
Counters available 4, mostly they have only 2 counters open. This leads to a lot of waiting.

Place is small comparing to other reliance fresh super markets but stock is huge. Can get almost everything including fresh vegetables under this roof. Parking for two-wheelers is not a headache because parking lot is spacious for accommodate around 20 bikes at a time, but parking cars is not possible in my opinion. Good experience

Not bad, shopping here is a pleasure. We need to make sure that vegetables and fruits bought are fresh. At times we can buy products on promotional sales. Choice of products is plenty. The sales staff are cooperative and very supportive. Need to improve on the billing side as mostly when there is a rush, billing staff is less,

This place is CONGESTED And requires improvement in stacking. Although many products are available this can be improved in better ways

Thoppum padi reliance no space inside.like a godown.veg place not clean and neet.house fly also flying there. They dumped more goods inside. Infront of shop.more container basket kept. 1st time I see this type of relience fresh. Mark 20 out of 100

It's a good place. One can find a lots of quality items. Good service. But the staff are mostly arrogant and if you are not concentrated you will miss something from your list and they won't care. It's gone.

Only 2 counters open have to stab in qqq most of the time & products are all over the place looks like it just now went through a storm

Very limited, conjested and unhygenic area. Can get fresh vegetables only initial 1 or 2 hours after opening shop after that better not to go.

Very poorly maintained reliance fresh. No fresh vegetables at all.and the staff was also incorporate.

The department store is short on space, though well stocked.
Most items that fall into the 'daily needs' category are readily available.
Vegetables, though available, are not 'value for money'. They are not fresh, nor are the prices competitive.
I shop here when there's no other alternative.

It's a good shop where you get most of the things you are looking for. More staff are to be recruited, it will be helpful to locate things if they can tell
