If not achieved he makes them stay late and harasses them
Lady staff were seen crying by this harsh treatment

Good for branded products and biscuits. Number of products are quite less when compared to thrissur outlets. Would totally recommend sweet corn.

Some grocery products that aren't available in local supermarkets are available here that's a plus point.
No easy accessibility
Car parking is difficult

Visited on Sunday. Staffs have attitude. Very narrow space to shop and items are very less compared to reliance smartpoints elsewhere I have visited. Billing staff are very slow and not so friendly. There is hardly any space for queuing at billing area. Not adequate parking facility. They should choose better buildings.

I bought sweet corn from Chalakudy relians fresh store yesterday. I felt itchy in my mouth when I ate it. I immediately cleaned my mouth. But at 5 in the morning I got vomiting and loose motion. I got food poisoning. Reliance Fresh has been contacted to say this but no one is answering the phone. I'm not feeling well right now.

Very small area. Products are thrown here and there because of shortage in space. Gets crowded easily due to this. Have to wait so much time to get the products billed because most of the times there would be only one or two people to bill. Should shift to a better place.

Physical store is very cramped and has limited parking options. Can be maintained in a better way. Most grocery and fmcg items are available excluding meat and Non-Veg products. They also offer home delivery through Jio mart although please be aware that jio mart services are highly unethical and unprofessional. They bill all the items you have ordered even if there are items that could not be delivered by them. If you have paid upfront you are in for a surprise as you will have to beg the customer care for a refund and that too they only do as store credits and put restrictions on its usage. Always check and verify all the items and pay in cash with jiomart. Staff behaviour is rude and entitled.
For example we ordered a particular brand of oil through jiomart and on the day of delivery the store person called us to inform that that brand is out of stock and he will be giving us a different item. We said that if it is not the brand we ordered we donot want the product. The staff was very rude and kept saying that its a company policy and we have to buy it. Since we had ordered on cash on delivery we told them very clearly that we will not pay for the order. But imagine if you had paid upfront they would have made you buy that and you would be running behind customer care.
They need to learn a thing or two about customer service from Amazon

For offers, the place is a must visit. From the customer point of view, choice is limited though the quality is never compromised. Personally visits the place for quality products.

Its very congested place but will get all types of items n different offers will b there. Staffs are really friendly n they support customers really well

Vegetable and fruit available at affordable price. No parking space for cars. Bit congestive inside

Great Supermarket. Today I had a bad experience from a sales boy. The management should take care about such arrogant sales boys.
