Never out of offers and discount. Convenient under ground parking is available. Mostly crowdy during evenings

Needs to be organized, everything seems to be scattered all over please. Staff should be trained to arrange all the stuffs on a regular basis

Reliance mart a good place to purcashe near highway and a good place for traveller and near the highway good parking area under ground and front of the shop and twowheeler parking will be availble when i was went there 1st time i have little confusion about product placing then i find my items in row and they give items loose in different section its also good
But little problm i got when i parked my vechicle kn under ground they didnt provide lift for coustmers may be lift not working and when i search teapowder i can find in 1st floor its difficult becoz also they displayed soappowder there its too heavey when its handle and no other way to pick the items in carrier only hand held option when a mother came with a 2 years child alone it will be difficult to handle the child and items and the billing area little bc and slow in billing 4 billing section but in night time open more counter when more rush

Verry poor customer service, Specialy mr. Nithin. He gets angry. And not trying to listen customer. The reliance need to teach that the first step of a good sales man/manager is to listen customer. I don't know how reliance staffs can handle customers problem's without trying to listen customer.they are actually confusing with their offer display.and even the staffs don't know about offer's details.and thanks for the reliance smart aluva store (paravoor junction) for wasting my time.

Super market with all the essential items available. One can also buy fresh vegetables and fruits. We can find good offers on seasonal fruits. If you are planning to buy fruits or vegetables make sure to buy in the morning. They are accepting online orders and delivered to your home. The service agents are friendly and cordial.

Impressive, nicely stocked good Aircon and filled with special offers. Next time I'm checking out what happens on the 1st floor
Edit1: There's a really charming dude by the fruit stall. No way he's letting you go without buying fruits. I settled for mangoes and he was right, they were superb!
