Reliance SMART

Bad. I go to this mall and i buy one fizz and some things but they forgot to give fizz. 21/january/sat.really i cry.my 35 ruppe billed but not give me fizz

I always shop at SMART. Some of the customer service executives have been removed and it's a sad development. Those who have been transferred were quite good and customer friendly. Now I am thinking of discontinuing shopping at SMART SHOPE.

Very good if anyone wants to shop daily needs and other family as also kitchen buys at good price and choices.

Fruits and vegetables poor quality and must double check the bill before leaving the fruits and vegetables billing secton.

Pathetic staff.the lady at billing counter was soo rude and throwing the things. Spoling the brand name

After the whole transaction they say the product (one plus 43 inch 4k) cant be billed because reliance is yet to tie up with one plus.they can sell on ready cash mode but not on emi plans even though my loan provider (bajaj finserv) has no problem with it.this is outrageous. Seems like reliance digital gives us a good platform and just because we are poor and cant pay on that very moment that kind of money (30,000) dont allow us to buy. Are you saying to us that just because we are poor you dont want us to be your customers? What makes you better than colonial powers and you? !

Staff need to be trained. Customer service doesn't exist. Attitude is like if you want buy or get out.

I don't think someone should buy electronic devices from there, especially speaker, tv such as they are expensive than on online stores

They hve a really good customer service. I purchased a mouse from there. It was reasonable. This shop have a spacious car parking.

Good shopping experience. Its better to go for in shop purchase than online one which will help us to select the products by checking its expiry date and other things and it will be easy for you to compare same products with different companies and also can check the quality of each product by looking at the contents or the product itself.

Good shopping experience. Mostly branded and new items. But it feels like some brands are given undue advantage. The buy one get one offers are just fake, you can pickup only one item at half price or so. If you are going to shop for something you saw on their website, sorry it may not be available. Finally ordering online, you can get things with one or two more days to expiry

We searched for lettuce in the entire city and failed! And Reliance Fresh could provide is a solution!

The best supermarket in Perumbavoor. The best part: they've got brocolli, red n yellow capsicums, burger buns, pizza bases etc which we were not able to find anywhere else in Perumbavoor.

Unpleasent customer service at the till. Visited the shop for first time and no plan for come back.

You will get almost all necessary house hold items here. Service is average. Since the store is not as big as other reliance smarts rush can be expected.

Good store. All the necessary items are there including fruits and vegetables. Stationery items and plastic + kitchen utensiils are not available much.

Even if they have huge collection of groceries some important items couldn't be found.it will be helpful if they organise it bit wisely.customer service is not that bad

Visited Reliance digital to purchase an AC. The security at the entrance just showed the AC section no one came for assistance. Waited for 10 min but no response. I just leave the store and purchased from Gopu Nandilath

Great selection. Fresh produce. I really appreciate the effort they are putting into keeping their customers safe by limiting number of people in the store and facilitating online orders. Keep up the good work.

Ample parking space. Lift was not working from basement. So, bringing items to basement is little difficult. They should improve the arrangement inside the supermarket. Employees are very friendly. They MUST TURN OFF AC in this COVID time!
Price wise. It's on higher side. Advisable only for monthly shopping. Quality of non branded items are of a concern.

I've been ordering from this store through JioMart and I'm really happy with the service. Home delivery is done the same day usually within few hours.

You can also place the order over WhatsApp for items not listed on JioMart.

Kudos to the store manager and all staff, for the excellent service.

The best supermarket in Perumbavoor. Has almost all the options as available in any other Smart outlet. Also has Reliance Trends and Reliance Digital in the same complex.

The store was very clean and organized. The stock I'll say someone might say merchandise is well stocked. Brought some items and was every happy. Made my day. Peace and Blessings to Reliance SMART and the mall that's it is in. 50% discount on one day use items. I Like it.

Good service from staff and quality is also good. However, they charge extra for each carry bag even if you make a bulk purchase, which is not so cool.

Good place, I think we can explain about this place at a one word, "everything is at one place"

It's located in the TMS Centre, Perumbavoor. Claims to open at 7am in the morning but actually becomes fully functional around 8-830am. Has limited amount of fruits and vegetables.

They have a collection of good no of electronic items everything from a to z.the service is espacially good and they have some of the top brands available in the market.they offer warrenty for the products and replace ment upto 7 days from the date in the purchase bill.

3. All kind of speaker, home theatre and Home Appliances.
4. Price is reasonable.
