Clothings are cheaper. A small but good cafe space is inside there. There will be offers everytime for anything. Good place

Thrissur reliance smart is awesome no doubt about it product quality is good rate of products are fair. Product discount are super. Every one love this.staff performance is nice. Sometimes parking facility problems situated here. Overall nice.

Great discounts and irresistible offers.many varieties of goods all available under one roof.vegetables are often not fresh.overall arrangement is a bit confusing and also arrogant staff who will not even bother to help with this confusing arrangement.only 2 stars due to the behavior of the staff.

Most of the groceries are available here. But, all items are not in the same floor & no proper indications. Staff are friendly.

I like the place very much. Here we get different products at a good price and mostly there will be offers on many. Their service is also good they are always there to help us.

It is a hybrid of reliance trends and reliance fresh. It is pretty spacious and has ample space for parking in basement. Has minimum 5%off on anything you buy.

We like to bye fresh veg, fruits grocery items etc from here.nice huge stock.newly opened this branch in the ayyanthol side thrissur.

Very fair priced. Some priced high as it is imported. Good shopping area.very early start of the day. Staff very simple minded people.very helpful.

Great store to shop and spend some time. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. It's clean and tidy and has great variety of products

I'm a regular custimer to this store. But, the staff was not able to explain the discount rate of Gillette mach 3 blades pack. Though, i made an entry in complaint/ suggestion book, nothing has changed even after two weeks.
The manufacturer gives discount, which is printed on the pack, but reliance is putting a 10% discount which is less than the manufacturer's. The staff says, only reliance discount is applicable. How come it is counted that way. There was no proper explanation from the resposible staff or the floor manager/incharge.
No more explanation from them even after writting it in suggestion book. Looks like the suggestion book is only for the formality. No one looks into it and read the complaints and suggestions.
