Reliance Smart

Every time I come to shop at reliance smart, an SBI credit card person interfering my shoping time and asking if I'm looking for a credit card. I didn't go to a bank, I went there for shopping. It's so frustrating when it's a regular event. If I need one I will go and ask at the bank. I haven't experienced from any other supermarket out there.

Horrible store, full of cockroaches, pests, rats and never cleaned. Has been like this for months. Not enough staff and no one cares about the state of the shop. Better to shop at new reliance smart bazaar in seaport airport road, it was a million times better in every way.

This super market is filled with diguestig smell of chickenpoop. Which makes it almost impossible to shop. Almost threwed up entering here and had to quickly move out. Donno how unhygenical these guys are

Worst in terms of cleanliness. When I pointed out the cockroaches running through the whole supermarket, billing area and loose rice area. Store manager response was it due to stock incoming. I guess this is the only store gets stock or inventory incoming. Expected better hygiene and standard froma Reliance smart superstore

2 stars for hygiene and other amenities- reason in most mornings this store have issues as there will be a foul smell throughout the store. They are suffering issues with rats and other insects.

When it comes to payment and taking weight, the staffs sometimes shows favouritism instead of respecting the queue. Also all the sort of payment options are not available at all the counters.

Lot of items are there. Giving 2 star is just bacause it's not hygienic. A foul smell is there! Please keep it neat and clean.

Absolutely horrified by how unhygienic the store is. I was a frequent customer before COVID hit since it's a budget friendly store with lots of discounts. Visited recently after the pandemic was over and found the store completely infested with cockroaches. Not just in one or two places but everywhere near perishable food items and in large numbers. This is absolutely unacceptable of a large chain like Reliance. I imagine the storage space for big chains would have such issues. However, I wonder how their storage space would be if the main store itself is like this.

Good store, Clothes, Food, Electronics, Gadgets, Footwear and Furniture etc all under one roof.it is a family mall; one can find almost everything here. Have parking, lift, washroom etc. One thing that is lacking here is that in the lift buttons, numbers r not visible, which is difficult to go directly to any floor.also, sometimes, one can get an electric shock while touching the button, which needs to be repaired very necessarily on an urgent basis.

Very Untidy Supermarket. Customer support is poor. Overall poor experience in this store. Even the way they arrange the goods are pathetic. Also, the way the billing counter is designed is very poor and crowded. There are cockroaches everywhere inside the store and the store smells bad [Egg Smell]. If you search for a product you will get only large quantity products, instead of 500gm or 500ml they sells 1kg and 1 litre. Customers visits this store because there are no stores nearby.

Great place for shopping, offers are also available.

Struggling point: Parking space

The place is well stocked and maintained. No meat & fish products but have almost all other essentials with good deals. Parking space is very less and that seems to be the only drawback

Mobile Network for Idea unavailable once you enter. Better get the list of what you need to buy before you enter the building.
Parking also pretty tight. Many times have had to drive past as parking slots were not available.

Too much items there and billing is very slow. Dont recommended for busy people and very difficult to find items due to much height shelf

Family budget day to day usable products, with good offers.ample parking space. Only problem is too hot inside as A/c not working as expected

Just be aware to bring a carry bag. Due to plastics are avoided they charge a good amount for carry bag.

Excellent service. Good staff. All new and fresh stocks and great offers all the time. Even if it's a small or big purchase for a month you save a lot of money compared to other super markets. You get almost all the items required in your day to day life.

Located in colony stop near to padamugal junction. Limited parking only, Good supermarket offering good discounts. It is very rush in the evening.

It's too busy, things not organized well and staff are not helpful. There were just talking to each other and was so loud.

Reliance Smart at Padamughal is customer friendly and the staff at the outlet are courteous to assist when asked or when you're lost to find needed items. Have online payment options like Paytm and UPI options. Multiple cash counters present to cater to the crowded customers. The only thing that needs to improve is the stock checking - noticed few old stock/expired perishable goods which must not be kept.

It's an okay place to shop, not very organized and the overall service could improve, definitely not up to par on reference to the Reliance outlets in other major cities

Good mart, I always get ground nut oil from in city which I tried in many other places including big bazar. But the place is little conjusted.

This is a mart with all house hold items at one place. Place has limited parking and items are not organized properly. Advantage is it on the main road and is very much accessible

All household groceries and vegetables, fruits etc.under one roof are available here.after the building is done check the building once for any errors because I experienced errors couple of times and I had to point it out and get it corrected.
Otherwise the staff is very courteous and helpful

The first of it's kind (after More), Reliance Super is still a really good supermarket that caters to the modern family's every-day needs. It's got sections for all the things you'd want, but not any more. What's good about it is it's prime location. It also has a great selection of foodstuff. Offers on products, though common, are more of a gimmick as it doesn't really provide any real savings. Overall, a great place to shop.

Easily accessible store to buy household and school necessities. Vegetables and many fruits are available. Good place to buy cosmetics and feminine products. Occasional good offers too. Parking may not be a problem, but depends on the time.
