A good super market at small town Vadakkanchery Palakkad. You can get all kinds of groceries and household goods. A wide variety of choices. I think also they sell some clothes and electronics.

Customer friendly staffss. Variety of products and various offers are available regularly?

Need to improve on cashier availability during non peak hours. Had only 1 operational counter and a big queue @ morning 10.30 am.

I lost 1000+ amount, for a year i followed them with the complaint and its one more year now, still not resolved.payment by upi qr code and by card. Their account credited twice but not reversed to mine. Worst worst ever

Really worth shop for vadakkancherry surrounding people. Whether you are doing shopping for groceries, electronic items, household items you will get nice offers and multiple brands available here with warranty.

Car parking area available but lift is not accessible to car parking area.to reach carparking area with a filled trolley is an herculian task.

Need to improve the visibility of the products.service is good, elevator was not working so old age people can't climb stares other wise every thing is nice

I have vast experience in Reliance super mart Chennai. But here in this small town I'm surprised to see this store. You get almost everything under one roof. The customer service is very polite, understanding and knowledgeable. Lots of discounts available but you will patience to go through each and every rack of items. Must visit and sad it's not in the main market area. A direct competition between fresh and more / Reliance super mart.

Got enough place for parking, they keep offers for many items, its always better to compare and use the common sense before you purchase. Some prices will showcase a savings almost 50% but actual variation you may get might be 10 to 20 INR- depends on items some of them will be a loss when you check the quality. It's my personal experience- may because I have been to similar kind of shops in cities like BANGALORE and Chennai. But in the place like growing town to city place it's an time saving place- you get almost everything under same roof. But I would suggest R-Trends for clothing instead of here.

THE COSMETIC ITEMS ARE LESS IN STOCK AND NOT UPTO THE MARK
THE SALES WING HAS TO BE IMPROVED A LOT. THE SALES PERSONS ARE NOT AWARE OF THE ITEMS AVAILABLE IN STOCK. IF YOU ASK FOR AN ITEM JUST THEY POINT THEIR HANDS TO A RACK AND WE HAVE TO MAKE A SEARCH AGAIN AND AGAIN. THAT WAS A BITTER EXPERIENCE AND SHOWS THE POOR MANAGERIAL CAPACITY.

Just like the other reliance stores. Good customer service. Locals will get a free home delivery on a purchase of 500 and above
