Reliance SMART Superstore

Products items were missing many times from online order, but they charged the full cash for it. I want to give minus value for customer service feedback. Customer care executive didn't provide solution and kept the call on mute for several minutes and I had to disconnect the call. The call duration was 19 minutes total. Very bad customer service, I complaint regarding missing products. They told me that they can't do anything as I called after 7 days of delivery. This is not the first time it's happening. Before also many products missed from the order even though I paid full amount. In the feedback section mail, I couldn't submit it, as I given 1 star rating.

The place is very good and easy to locate. The parking is on outside but crowded in the evening. The staffs here are very good behaviour. This place is full of offers and you will everything from here.discount are at the top. Every item here have discount, Best place for affordable shopping

Except for the long waiting times at the entry, Reliance smart is one good store for all your needs. Car parking facility is also available. However, more staff is needed at the grocery for quick help. One irritating part is SBI Credit card sellers, who try to sell you cards, ruining your visits each time. I hope they add more offers like other Smart stores.

Better service support. Some more items, buy one get one products, not in the jio mart. Price also different.

Has lot of important and diverse things. Everything that's is needed for a normal person is available at one place.things are properly arranged.

This place has it all. From a great fresh vegitable section, grocery, clothing. Wonderful store. Helpful staff and good prices. Ample parking

Reasonable price. Ample parking. Staffs are friendly. Sundays and Thursdays, more discount for vegetables. Jio mart app is not showing Dairy products like eggs, milk, curd etc.please update the app.

Good start. Had good introductory offers. Now they are pulling out of it as they have become a presence in Kottayam. Their home delivery system needs to gee appreshiated.

All products are available, but not properly stocked, no one to guide. Everything is lying here and there. Floor manager should take note of it

They are strictly following protocols for customers but some staff i feel are not abiding they use sanitizers and then touch their hair need to educate them strictly must of the staff are following protocols.

Best offers ever. Atleast 5% off on all products. Also offers half price sales for many items like Lazza ice creams, mixture, vegetables and fruits. 1st floor also houses some dresses and cosmetics. A must visit for family essentials shopping.
