Bad experience about trends elamkulam, especially the billing staff (03/10/23). Rude behavior against the customer's.

Very very poor service. Staff in men's section don't even bother to see to the requirement of the customer. They shows their irritation while we ask them for a help. Trends please know that we prefer your shop only because of the budget and the quality you provide to that budget. It is not hard to quit your showrooms if you fail to provide proper service. Billing staffs are also suppose to be more conversant on applying promo offers and redeeming points. I've received a promo code which is valid for one more month and one of the billing staff informed me that the points are already expired. After making me insist to check more they applied the promo code and offer was effected.

Are you valuing your customers based on how much they spend?  I believe so because one of the employees in reliance trends at Elamkulam did that to me.
Before you ask them to sell something,  teach them some manners.
This guy cut me off in the middle and asked the other customer to come in front of me simply because the other customer spent more than I did.

Terrible behaviour from him. Not at all recommending this shop.

THEY DONOT ACCEPT PAYMENT VIA UPI. Only card and cash payments possible. Very less items to choose from.

The security staff denied a safe place to keep our backpacks. They required us to carry our weighted backpacks while doing the shopping. We were on a travel and didn't have a choice but to come out. Even the reliance staff also could not help. We requested space, they denied on the face. Meanwhile, earlier when the store had a rule that bags are not allowed, they used to have a space dedicated for keeping customer bags. Now the same place is available, but they simply denied to keep the bags.

The collection is well-maintained and there is a parking place, however, the staff could be more helpful.

Taking too much time at the billing counter. Not in one store, every store the situation is same. Please train your staffs to make the check procedure faster to help the customers.very unprofessional

Collection for both men and women were awesome nd satisfying, if u guys are looking for a branded clothes for normal rates go for it.

Nice place to buy all clothes at reasonable price. Ladies gents kids. Sportswear, Indian, western wear. Nice staff.

Very bad. They missed my clothes while packing. But they didn't missed to say that exchange is not possible if the size of the clothes is not correct.

They have amazing collections for both casual as well as festive occasions. I love the pricing also. Reasonable and offers also good. Car parking facility is there and also trial rooms. Overall good experience.

Found more collections than the other Trends stores I have visited. Felt a bit crowded, but the customer service was good and the experience was pleasant.

Have visited the shop many times and revising my rating to one for following reasons.
1) Staff has become very unhelpful. May be they are afraid of current situation.
2) Ridiculous policy that exchange can be done after 15days and up to 30days.
3) Offers are only for vey limited stocks while advert in big letter says 50% off and on limited items in small letters.

Better to shop on Ajio. They have same range with good service and better return policy.

Very pathetic customer service especially during this Covid pandemic, please stay away from buying clothes during this time as exchange policy is pathetic, finding several reasons for not exchanging. Especially the store manager guy was so arrogant and extremely rude.escape if u are not interested in negative drama from him.

Collections are superb. Due to the Lockdown scenario staff shortage is an issue in different sections, so it is hard to find correct product. Will get only after wandering around in different floors

Bad experience.outside they will show 50% off and inside it's seems like for one or two products will there for offer.customer service also bad.when we call for some help they behave like they don't go for discount products new products are available.totally very bad experience.while billing also check about offer percentage.

Variety collections in long tops.and i requested to please add more collections in jeans top sections.good and excellent customer services.

Located near Elamkulam Metro station and Raddison Blu Hotel. Even though they have limited collection price is reasonable.

They have pretty good collection in ethnic and western wear. But the quality is not that good when coming to ethnic wears, the golden prints gets faded, and no colour gaurentee is there. Recently i bought a short kurthi, which i wore once and washed, it was color bleeding. And later when it was dried it had patches.

Great Shopping experience. Employes are so professional and helpfull Good parking space, Good collections and usually not so crowded.

Poor customer service. Even no one interested to checkout the materials.
After spending closer Rs 3000 they can not even put the dress in a bag. I had to carry the clothes out from the shop openly. So pathetic. When asked for something they just say not available without even checking.

Good store with nice varieties of shirts and kurtas. Well placed inside as well. They have good car parking also.

The collection of dresses will confuse you. Because of the designs, colours and the quality of materials. Nevertheless the way they displayed all kind dresses in the showroom helps us to find suitable one.
