This is my first shopping experience in this outlet I am very much disappointed with the experience in a single purchase i used to purchase an aurelia kurta from their outlet and the product quality is very poor and it used to tear in a single trial so we used to approach the store and after a long wait and conversation they are ready to exchange it and after selecting the another product they disagree and didn't co-operate for the exchange we requested for the valid reason or a written proof for the rejection but they didn't give us a proper explanation and the customer service over their is very irritating especially the store manager is didn't concious about the customer service we get irritated and didn't prefer the brand and outlet anymore

Don't look at their offers, always cheating we need to select some items particularly to get the offers. There coupons are of no use. They needs to improve the customer experience in the store, some staff in kids section are very arrogant and not even come for purchase help.

Went there only one time and that was enough. No selection at all, you can find better products from zudio or max with a lesser price.
