Cloths are good but worst experience in package of cloths. Shop charged 10 rupees for one bad paper cover (broken when the cloth inside) as we bought for more than 5000.
Shaby indifferent rude behavior. Counter as well as sales staff. Disrespectful, argumentative, I don't care type of staff. Management has provided the stocks and selection. But staffs needs to be replaced. This is now like our KSRTC. Zero/negative/hostile customer service Shame
While the collection is pretty decent, utterly ridiculous experience from the incompetent staff, I wouldn't recommend anyone with an ounce of self respect to go shopping in there. Rather than simply writing "sorry about the experience" in the reviews, may be Reliance could put that effort into making the experience a little bit tolerable for the customers.
Actually I and my family are the regular customer of Trends. Very good quality clothes and in case of staff's, they are very very helpful especially? He is very helpful in purchasing and he is a nice person.
Disappointing customer service. When I tried to check in another dress one of the staff was very rude to us because she arranges all the dresses. But it was Onam. We were also allowed to check the clothes ourselves. It's quite natural to have workload that day, I'm not a human being who doesn't consider other people's difficulties. It is their duty to maintain dignity and respect for us, we are not there to bargain, we are there to buy clothes with our money. Show some respect.

Being a super fan of trends but this store gave me Iyer bad experience from the staffs especially from customer service section and store manager. Someone should teach store manager what’s CRM is all about. I went there to exchange one item in which tag was misplaced by them but they were not ready to accept it but when I showed the same thing in other dress they accepted. It took lot of time for rectification of the same.

It is bang in the centre of Kottarakara. Tough to spot if you are driving by in traffic. No parking in the front of the shop and the entrance to basement parking looked quite narrow. Staff is not great either, hence taking two stars off. Nearest comfortable parking is in front of the KIP office, another 100m down the road on the right.
