I had an experience from trends mall of travancore trivandrum.i went there to purchase a jeans and shirt for my brother.i bought a jeans worth 3000 and shirt worth 1800.since my brother was not there with me I asked the salesman is it possible to exchange/return the product if it doesn't fit my brother.and he said Its possible to exchange within 30 days and he didn't uttered a word about other terms and conditions which is not even mentioned in the bill.unfortunately the jeans was not fit for him and this time I returned to trends with my brother for exchange of the jeans.the scam starts from here.i asked the sales lady to exchange and she replied sir, exchange is not possible within 24 hours of purchase.its our return policy.and I replied ohh really? Your return policy is mentioned on back side of the bill.can you show me where it's me tioned? After hearing this she left and assigned another sales man for me.and the next scam.when I purchase a jeans of other brand worth 3200 in exchange of jeans worth 3000 which I'm ready to pay the exceeded amount the salesman said sir, we can provide exchange only for same brand and same price and it's our return policy. I replied brother I've read your return policy very clearly where is it mentioned.it's only says you guys will return the product within 30 days and can select any other brands in exchange of it. I didn't give up finally asked to call the manager, he was scared and told me manager is in a meeting. I sd how is everytime anything like this happens your manager go missing or he schedule a meeting? I won't leave without talking to the manager.finally he went somewhere and returned to me saying sir you can puchase any product.no problem so beware of these scams.don't fall into it.

Limited selection. You have to pay Rs. 10 for the paper carry bag even if you have purchased Rs. 100000 products.

Great place, not at all busy, having wide range of collections. But comparitevely expensive than Ajio app. DNMX jeans costs more than 1600 where the same is available in Ajio for 900. So totaly depends on how quick you need it.

Store managers are look like womanizer, they are busy with store girls, not bothered about customers.

Varieties in dresses especially for women is very less. 2-3 years ago varieties were more and price was also affordable.
Now both are missing.

Good collection and sometimes provide decent discounts.

But recently I noticed that, i was just casually checking the ucb casual shirts and i find it of very poor quality. Not sure if it's fake or not but yeah when u visit u can also check and see it for yourself

Always double check your bill with the items you purchase. There is high chance they bill for the items which you have not purchased.
Above all these the customer care is hopeless and the customer care lady is too arrogant.
Bad experience at Trends, MOT.

Nice place, lot of variety dresses for ladies kida and gents, purchase can be done within budget. Prices are not costly

This is one of those places where they take customers for granted. We arrived the place today (19 Dec 2021) around 2: 00 PM. The place was not too crowded (around 10-15) people. We just wanted to get a kurta for my wife and also took a t-shirt for my daughter. The selection was done in about 5 mins. However when we reached the billing, the horrors started. There were two people on the counter both taking care of the same customer standing in front of us. There were 5 or 6 billing counters in total. But they said none of those worked. We waited for about 15 mins when one of the guys took the clothes from our hands. And also from the person behind us. But they were not still billing. By this time almost 10 people had queued up. But the staff didn't care about serving anyone and were standing there dumbstruck and in no way was letting us leave anytime soon. So us along with two other customers decided to walk out.
1. Reliance trends should give training to people on how to do crowd management. If you can't do that, you shouldn't be in retail business
2. We are talking about an outlet in a busy mall on a weekend. If you don't have more than one billing machines running by afternoon, perhaps you shouldn't be in business
3. These are COVID times. People would want to leave shopping spaces as as early as possible. Crowding them in one section of the shop is not advisable.

Never setting foot there and never going to any Trends outlet soon
