The customer service at this trends women shop was very pathetic. The staff lady assigned to us was so rude to us from the beginning. She was talking about us behind our backs. She acted like she was so fed up with us when all we were doing was looking through the clothes. She started making noises like she was tolerating us. Eventhough we didn't even say a word rude to the lady. Because of her stinging attitude I didn't even buy the clothes I just left the place eventhough I had the money. Never experienced such customer service in my life. Pathetic. Will never go back to that place. I advise not to go there solely because of the customer service.

The best place for economic bulk purchase with your whole family as they have a lot of offers throughout various seasons.

Located in polayathod. Small store. It doesn't have much collections. Parking facilities are not available for many cars.

Today I went to buy clothes for myself and the behaviour of their staff were really bad they here hesitant to let me in their store when I went to buy clothes for myself next time keep some staff with manner the lady at the door asked me what I wanted to buy and whatever I asked she said it's not available even if it was displayed this was my worst shopping experience and I had to walk out from the store request the authorities to keep staff who is able to deal with customers

Awesome store to buy t-shirt and youth dresses. I have great experience for the goods purchased from them.

I did not find good collections here when I visited may be stocks finished but RP mall trends were really awesome

Trends one of the company of reliance. Its has a best collection for all aged people but except of other textile its a bit expensive. But its worth for that rate that the dress or the material will last long.

Very honestly I writing my comments. I feel very bad today with my family. Very worst customer care over the Kollam branch. Today morning I went to Kollam branch trends with my family. They are not allowed to get in because of coronavirus. Yes, I agree that we can understand the rules and all we will ready to follow. But the doorman and one of little old lady came and say directly here no offers, very limited stokes, don't have stokes which we want. They are not given chance to enter the shop. Even my wife is pregnant your worst local employees treat my wife is very bad ways. They don't know how to handle the customer.
In myself, I believe Trends is now like a brand shop like Max, etc. But today I change my words Kollam Trends is the very worst local employee shop I ever see in my life before.

I would like to talk to you about the Management of Kollam Trends. If you people can running this branch like a brand one. Then better you people can very quickly change the worst attitude employees who working with you people in the Kollam branch.

Today is a very bad and hard experience in my life. However, I never come back to this Kollam polloythode Trends branch. Maximum I share with my friends and any relatives and in social media also. About your customers care. Honestly, I tell you I never ever recommend anyone to come to this branch. Your employees spoiled a day.

I had a very bad experience at this place. The staff who is welcoming the customers, he doesn't know that how to handle or treat the customers. I am a pregnant women came for purchasing today, waited for 10 mints outside. Because all we aware about the current situation and awareness regarding the safety. We are ready to accept that and done it. After they told me to sit near to the door and waiting for so long and one staff that little old lady came & told me that there is no model like this (what I weared today) and may be there is no collection that what you are looking for, even no more offers what you are expecting, if you want you can just sit & look, not possible to go and look inside. My husband also was waiting outside he need to get shop something but they are disappointed me as very badly. How she can tell like this to customers? And how she knows what kind of dress I want or what we are looking for. The staff they are not doing the sales, decreasing the sales in stores. Not at all sales oriented. Giving bad impression to customers about the store. They are not interested to allowing customers inside. No-one can't purchase like just sit near to the front door. After I explained that me & my husband wants to go inside & look, then only we can take the comfortable dress. Then they allowed me to go alone. I really don't understand that why they behaved to customers as impartial. And the person who was in front area I think his name is RAYMON* or something he was talking very badly as local people. He has attitude issue and he is very poor in Customer service, behaving like he don't want to entered anyone inside for Shopping. If they are afraid to treat the customers or work, better they can take rest in home to avoiding complaints and demoting the sales. It helps to the brand and your store.

I am a regular customer of trends that's y we travelled and came for shopping in this situation even as I am pregnant.
I just wanted to leave the place immediately but we waited calm and so long time. They treated me with least respect. Finally I couldn't done the shopping, they made me very disappointed & spoiled our time. Only the GIRL* who is sitting with him in front of the door, she behaved and spoke in a good manner but I feel she have no more space there. I have decided I will never step in there again for any requirements. I will not recommend this place for anyone (TRENDS POLAYATHODE).

Worst customer service ever. I've purchased from other trends in rpmall, attingal, mall of travancore etc. But the shopping experience in polayathodu was the worst in my life. Staff's attitude makes me think that they belonged to some sort of vulgar category people. I would suggest rp mall trends. But please don't visit this shop until and unless u wish to do so.
Nb: This is an honest review.

Most of the time they only have the same collection of dress. You're not gonna be happy if you are looking for fresh collection.

Dress selection and prices are ok. But staffs should learn how to beahave to the customers. Some staffs have head weight and some of them are not helping customers for choosing dress.

Customer services is not at all good. Once I entered nobody is there to guide me where should I go. No one is even paying attention to the customers. They behaves likes if you want something search for it, Take it if and pay for it

No much collections. Every time after 6 months it you go also same collections. New arrivals are very less.

Customer friendly service. But the showroom in rp mall is better i think. And i got the stuff from there only after visiting this showroom

Had a terrible experience with the parking of this place. We had to wait outside after shopping for 30 minutes for the blocking vehicle to leave. We told the staff about the situation soon after we were done shopping, but they did nothing about it. The staff is not great for helping with shopping either.

It has a modern looking outer building. But something in missing.very less space for movement. Although a lot of cloths are there the arrangement is totally unacceptable

Promotions was going on, clothing's are affordable and good quality, staffs are friendly and helpful.

When comes to their Promotions, its the way to cheat us. No exchange on product which sell during promotion even if it is damaged one
