Good collection for ladies, not so many options for men. The main benefit of trends is they have a lot of branches. This branch does not have parking and that is hard in that road.

They can't bill the item that i selected. I had to exit without buying option. Never experienced such a thing in any shop.

ഞാൻ ഈ ഷോപ്പിൽ നിന്ന് ബെൽറ്റ്‌ വാങ്ങൻ കേറിയിരുന്നു. ബെൽറ്റ്‌ മാത്രമായി ബിൽ ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റില്ല അതിനൊപ്പം വേറെ എന്തെങ്കിലും പ്രോഡക്റ്റ് കൂടി add ചെയ്യണമെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. മറ്റൊന്നും വേണ്ടാത്തതിനാൽ ഞാൻ പട്ടതുള്ള സെയിം ട്രെൻഡ്സിൽ കേറി ബെൽറ്റ്‌ മാത്രമായി വാങ്ങി. അതെന്താ ട്രെൻഡസിന്റെ പല ഷോറൂമുകളിലും പല രീതിയിലാണോ ബില്ലിംഗ്.
ഈ ഷോറൂമിലെ രീതി വളരെ മോശമായി പോയി. ഞാൻ പട്ടത്തുനിന്നും ബെൽറ്റ്‌ മാത്രമായി വാങ്ങിയ ബില്ലിന്റെ ഫോട്ടോ കൂടി ചേർക്കുന്നു.

After spending two hours on selecting and trying the dresses, when billing it is informed that carry bag is available for a cost or else one has to bring their own bag. A paper carry bag costing 12 rupees for a purchase worth 4500 rupees. OK fine, at least they can display the same in front of the store. If we don't opt for the carry bag, the whole purchase is handed over as it is in folded condition. Then we have to lug it out. This is not a conducive marketing practice for the customer. If known prior hand a customer can decide what to do if a bag is not available with the customer. Imagine carrying 10 to 12 articles without a bag.

Excellent customer service by the staffs. Recently I do my purchase twice at late time. Even though it's closing time none of the staffs show any haste or any irritation. Good collection of materials and very attractive offers.
I highly recommend the store for family purchase.
