Can be maintained neatly.cleanliness is almost zero.lot of offices and vehicle dept is there.why don't they maintain this building well and more business will flow in

Better place to accommodate all government offices at Adoor. Car Parking are is not sufficient.

Need a guide to go inside otherwise will get trapped inside the building

Almost all public services are available. Interior works are good but not well maintained.

Very poor house keeping.very dirty.they are destroying a good multi purpose complex due to lack of cleaning.

This building is having a great potential but govt and people are not utilising it and mostly misusing it.
Eventhough it's recently painted, cleanliness and hygiene is an issue inside the complex!
Lifts are not working, many slots are wasted and useless!
And there's no route map or information center here to find where's the shop/ office we want to go
There's no sign boards inside to show the exact location of the office/ shops and to show the east west!
Govt must give attention to this place and utilise it's potential

This is one of the places where one can find the most of the government offices. Prominent offices includes RTO, employment exchange, sub treasury, District medical office homeopathy Pathanamthitta.various advocates as well as chartered accountants has office here. The tower also has various private institutions such as education consultancies, job training centres and many other more offices. The building is not in a good condition. If the person is going for the first time he will find it very difficult to find the particular office.

Elevator or lift is there to go up and down (not praiseworthy). Cleanliness and neatness is not there.shops are available inside the tower where one can eat light snacks and have a tea/coffee. Bathrooms are available in each floor.

Parking space is available but you have to park the vehicle (four wheeler) in the morning time at the earliest if you are coming to tower otherwise you will not get a parking slot. This is not applicable for two - wheelers as two wheelers have enough parking space there.

Very good office permisses of all departments. Very silent n beautiful site near to honorable Court.

Not maintained in proper way.nobody bothering about its maintenance. Its entrance is in very poor state.

Facts:

Old building which doesn't seems to be painted over the last decades. Honeycombs are all around the top structure. Not enough parking space. Outer environment are bushy and covered by plenty of plastic waste. And the inside, where the goods and
stuffs like old files and papers from government authorities are lie down at the floor. And there no proper sign boards, which direct you to the needs. But the walls are covered with old dusty adverts and papers. And the basics, the toilets are always stinking, haywire and unwashed. Now lifts are properly working but its very noisy and muddled. And the stairs, when its raining the 3rd floor stairs drain down and which will damp your clothes and Leeds to slippery floors. So the safety of the entire building is a big zero. This enormous building doesn't have a fire safety system and even I don't saw any fire extinguishers.
More and more.

There are many good things are also to hear. But I just replied about the not maintained facts.

Revenue tower is one of the main attraction in adoor town. Lot of government offices working here. Lot of commercial establishments are also there. It is situated in the one way towards adoor town. There is a bus stop nearby. Lot of people depends this tower for various government activities. The main drawback of this tower is the lack of cleaness. Government does not maintain this tower properly. Lack of proper toilet facilities added struggle to peoples.

Unclean, filthy premises. If you enter the toilet, least chances are there that you might not end puking.

Cleaning fecility is so bad. So many Govt. Office and others there. But all is as is weather is.

There are more than 3 honeycombs on the ceilings of the building which are not at all safe and actions are to be taken asap.

Many shops and offices there and people need to go every day.but the irresponsible government idiots doesn't maintained properly.

Unclean and stinky. Structure of the building is such that it's difficult for new visitors to locate offices

In the centre of the town. Little difficult to find offices. Many government level offices are there in this building. Parking is also available. But poor interior.
