Rising loaf academy was an great platform for me to learn about baking. I just want to thank Grace ma'am and Nithil sir for being amazing mentor's.

I joined this school after choosing to chase my passion in baking and pastry making i can say with no regrets that i have truly enjoyed my time here i have learnt valuable recipes and skills that i know will help me to pursue my passion and career in this industry my passion for baking and pastry making has only increased after joining this course i want thank the instructors who taught me in more than happy with my experience here!

I knew nothing about baking except for my passion towards baking. I must say I had a wonderful learning experience. The classes were full of fun. Everyday was a treat.

I had a wonderful experience learning all about baking. I loved that the classes were hands-on. Every single day I took back whatever I baked and felt great sharing it with my family.

I had a fun-filled learning experience at rising loaf baking academy. I had no prior knowledge about baking but thanks to the 3 months baking course I am now an expert in baking. The faculty is very knowledgeable and patient with each student. The course structure, is versatile and covers baking cookies, cakes, breads. Hands-on experience, getting printed material were very helpful. The best part is taking back the baked goods. I would recommend this course for anyone looking to learn baking.

Had a great time at The Baking and Pastry Institute. I was able to learn a lot more about baking. Nithil Sir and Grace Ma’aM were always there to help when needed.

Attended the five-week intensive baking course. Learnt to bake a variety of cakes, cookies, tarts, pies, breakfast pastries.etc. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

We have been ordering Rising loaf products for a few years now, and have been impressed by the consistent and excellent quality of their party and tea time cakes. The range of products, excellent customer and delivery service, and price/quality value is top-class. In fact my son chose to have their tea cakes for his birthday party and all his friends said it was the freshest and tastiest cake they had eaten in a long time!

I want to personally thank Grace and Nikhil for giving me such an awesome experience in baking breads and buns. It was worth every penny. We made breads, loafs, garlic knots, Mexican bun, creamy horns, sandwich buns.

Tirelessly they stood with me for 2 days, very willingly clearing my doubts and gave me time to practice the kneading techniques. They are very genuine. I am very impressed and I would 100% recommend Rising loaf Baking Academy for beginners and even for experienced bakers.

I ordered their Plum Cake, Banana Cake and Biskut Mazalo. These products were shipped to me as I stay in Hyderabad. The Plum Cake was one of the best that I have tasted in a while just like I used to have in childhood.brought back many childhood memories. All the products were delicious and we could taste the freshness in them. Can't wait to try more products. All the best guys!

I had attended the workshop for macrons with rising loaf. It was an amazing class. Everyone including the ones who are new to baking will be very confident and thorough with good amount of practice and the perfect recipe. It is way worth the price. Will definitely suggest rising loaf to everyone looking for opportunity like this.

We live in US and we ordered Christmas plum cakes for 2 years now. The cakes were shipped international. The cake has become a part of Christmas tradition in our family. We love the delicious taste and flavor. The cake is so soft and moist and loaded with dry fruits and nuts. We also share with our friends as Christmas gifts. The international packing is done nicely in a reusable cake tin to seal the freshness and cake is safe without any breaks. I highly recommend them.

Tried their marble cake and it was amazing. Can't wait to try other products from their menu. Delivery was prompt.
