Worst experience, regarding the stay. Bathrooms are very dirty. Rooms have not been maintained properly. Reception guy was very polite, but he was helpless.

First of all the room is way too dirty. 2nd the washroom is completely non usable.it's dirty, very very dirty

Rooms are Good and neat for this price. Have car parking facility but its just 2-300 meters aways from lodge.

A budget friendly hotel being this clean and tidy is something that I never expected. Bigger rooms, commendable amenities, washroom all was good except for the escalator. Because the lift was not functioning on to the ground floor.

Stay at hotel was good. Rooms and bathroom neat and clean and well-maintained and reasonable and a decent place. Just one request due to lesser staff may be or some other reason drinking water facility not available we will have to get from out not a big issue though. Overall experience was good.

It's a very budget hotel.
Okay for those who want to stay low. Parking is in a plot couple of meters away from hotel. There a one excellent veg hotel near to it

Room rent is not a big deal 900 is a profit for the amount given. Parking has changed a bit and that is one problem workers do not have a clear understanding of rent

I had a good experience before, but after the latest visit my impression about this hotel changed. Not maintaining well, services are also not satisfied

Rooms are good.but bathrooms are very pathetic.its door locks are in damaged taps are not working properly and no hot water.
And not maintaining properly

I could give this place a negative star if possible. The bathroom had no locks. The ac was not working properly. The service boy was rude too when we asked to switch room. Finally we asked a refund and left the place

If you are coming with a car, please stay away. No proper car parking for them. My car got damaged from the sewage cover (metal) which was not properly attached to the floor. (I will post the photos). The management accused us for the damage to cover up their low maintenance, and they were very rude in their behaviour. It was actually a bike parking yard and it seemed like a waste dumping area where they asked us to park our car. Beware of huge metal gate wich is supported by some small bricks. You can get better stay with the same price.

Room are very neat and clean. Very near to private bus stop. I am not sure about car parking available. AC room 1200/- including tax and non ac 850/-

This was my first experience of kerala, having reached at midnight at palakkad town, which gives a pleasant first impression. The hotel staff were welcoming, the decor bright, clean.

Room was clean, quiet, attractively furnished and very comfortable. Wifi was fast and never failed. The Residency is a wonderful place to stay in while in palakkad Town.

Lack of parking space. Rooms are good to stay. Well cleanes rooms but washrooms were not much of a cleanliness. Receptionists were not good at service.

Bad rooms. No maintenance at all.
They have changed three rooms to fix one for us.
Unwashed pillow covers, bed sheets.
But good staffs. So they have helped us.
Owner is only interested in getting money not maintaining any rooms properly.

Not a bad stay. Rooms are clean. Provides new and clean towels. Staffs are mmmm ok. Staffs must learn how to treat the customers but ok. Over all not bad.

The hotel is located right in the middle of the city. But the maintenance and cleanliness is quite pathetic. My two days stay was horrible. The bed was filled with bed bugs and bathroom had no locks. Their setup is on the first floor of a building hence they dont have dedicated parking space at hotel. You have to park the vehicle somewhere else. Personally wouldn't recommend this hotel. There are much better hotels with better amenities.

Too bad washroom. Due to leakage of health closet drops the water every time. No bathroom door lock. Pillow cover was bad and fully stain. White spot in bedsheets. At the time of entering the room we look the shelf, in the this shelf others personal belongings are there (3 shirts). Not published the intercoms number in the rooms. The room service boy was not cooperative. But reception staffs was good. There is not dental kit provided. After enquiries they provided soap and shampoo.

One major issues faced from hotel stay in early morning at 3.30 am someone trying to open the door, Then compiled to hotel management, they were check CCTV found that opposite room guest unknowingly try to open the door. After that incident sleeping was upset.

Overall Experience with Riva Residency Not happy and feel unsafe.

Nice rooms clean and fresh. Very close to all places in Palakkad town, in fact this location is the heart of town. The only problem is lack of parking space.

No locks in bathroom door.rooms are not clean. Don't choose this place. It's.its nit a place for family and couples. Ni parking space totally worst experience.

No parking facility provided and when it was asked got a rude reply from reception.seeing the attitude of the person we left the place even if it was already booked through MMP.

Quality of rooms are best hence insufficient staffs made us disturbed.please appoint some more staff to helping the customers thankyou.

Today on 24.09.19 I visited the place at morning 7.15 and the man was in reception was not really interested to deal with the customers. He gave us bad service and I was totally dissatisfied with the service. It seems that he doesn't want to answer the queries of the customers. Too bad to have such people at reception.

Best budget hotel. For the price you will get good AC room and nice breakfast too. I enjoyed my stay here. It situates in the middle of town and in the ground floor is full of shops so you may find a little bit difficult to find. Parking is in the opposite side of the road. Normally elevator will be available from first floor only. From ground to first which is in operator mode. Security person will operate it for you, if you have baggage. There is an Indian coffee house just opposite of the hotel.

It's a s**t place. Unclean toilet. No door lock for the bath room. No towel rod or hooks in the bath room. Lift facility is not user friendly.

4 Km from the Palakkad Station and it was easily accessible near sultanpet junction. Room was clean and price was affordable. Have to wait after turning the hot water tap for about 15 minutes for getting the hot water. That's the only part I didn't like. We have to waste some water to get the hot water.

Improvement areas:
Bathrooms- they do not have a proper lock.and when enquired they say all locks for bathroom have been removed.
Reception is in the first floor, lift is a available from first floor.lift would reach ground floor only if we request receptionist.elder people would find it difficult.other than that it is a budget hotel in palakad.

Nice residency located on the main road with good facilities and can be accompanied by type of groups, (family friends). One small feedback, Try to get parking for the customers. We came by bus and we stepped out on the main road as we dont have parking facilities.

Staffs are rude and no proper parking facility the lifts are not operatable have to climb up and down from ground to reach hotel and had to fight for a stinky unhygienic room after a huge argument they agreed and change it.

The rooms are OK for the budget. Bath towels are a bit pathetic.
Overall a Good budget accomodation for people on official travel.

One of the peaceful and cleaned residencey in palakkad.i stayed here 5days.wel staffs and good plesent mood. I recommended.

Had problem with the flush in room & also there was no air conditioning even though they said it is an air conditioned room while we booked

Very bad no drinking water provided last minute during check out the swiping machine was not working had to search for ATM to settle the bills

Superb hotel with reasonable rate. Neat and tidy rooms. Home made feeling breakfast. Highly recommended for budget around 1K.
