Service was ok, food was very nice, crew was kind, one room luxury boat was basic (could much better), first stop overnight was next to a junkyard (how dare you to propose this), second proposition was better but not premium

I took the riverine Lakeshore overnight houseboat for my parents and myself. Its the worst experience one can have. Their management is mean and terrible.
1) on the name of luxury boat, they are selling less than basic,
2) bed sheets were stained as you can see in pics
3) even when I booked entire boat, i was given only one room and told me i have to pay extra if i want to use the remaining rooms.
4) when i asked for extra bed in my room, as we were three guest, they put a mattress on the floor, with stained bedsheets.
5) i asked for blanket, they said blanket comes with only room. No blanket for extra bed.
6) after fighting with management, they found a blanket from other boat, and brought it but again, its so dirty, you will not want to wear it.
7) TV is show piece, it doesnt work
8) it doesnt have Wifi
9) it has no shower amenities
10) No hot water kettle
The only good thing is the Food. The staff at the boat is good but Management has spoiled the place.
Please do not spoil your trip by using this company houseboat.

Staff behaviour atrocious. There are regular priced fish shops which captain avoided and took us to higher priced shop with rotten fish. No support from management or staff for poor food. You either buy high priced food or eat poor food served on the boat. We had to quarrel for good food as paying customer.

The hole family trip was spoiled. By their services. We have to fight for everything. Total waste of money and peace of mind

Not proper hygiene followed. Light, fan didn't work properly. Food taste was moderate. Driver forced us to take another small boat ride which was absolutely unnecessary. Wasted money in that ride. Both the drivers cheated showing absolutely nothing in that ride what he had earlier ride. Back waters was full of trash.

We never ever seen the organisation this is very poor and bad, food and services worst, don't plan your beautiful time to them it's waste of money and time, it's killing our happiness, and Family trip don't plan they are not responsible people's they are treated like as animal, Worst trip on my life,

Riverine Paradise houseboats staff’s attitude spoiled our day and family time. We would not recommend this houseboats at Alleppey. They forced guest to go to bed at 10.30pm. Provided bad quality bed sheet, blanket eaten by rat, cut mattress. There were lizards in house boats. Top of it worst attitude. They do not care about guest.
