Such a great place to stay in. This is literally an apartment that acts as a hotel room. We booked a double room so we got an apartment with two bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and two balconies.

Beautiful place, interior is gorgeous nd the rooms are neat nd clean, food is good. Fab service nd calm atmosphere.

Except one thing. Please change your two single beds to one double bed.

All there staff and services are Exceptional.only two things I found negative.one is they join twin bed which is not that comfortable and once made a call for direct booking to there reservation side and there a lady staff named Biola. I remember the name so.her communication was worst and harsh.

I mention that all other staffs were excellent from the security to help desk and food service.awsm guys.

Full 5 stars much better than any other 5 star hotel room in kochi, breakfast is tasty with South North options

Good location, overlooking the water. We were on the 12th Floor so had a great view of the backwaters and beautiful sunsets every evening. Rooms were basic, staff were warm, friendly and helpful. The breakfast at the restaurant was adequate, decent variety, but nothing to write home about.

Riviera suites is an a apartment hotel. The hotel has a reasonable rate. It's a budgetary one. Most of the rooms are apartment bedroom types and each apartment has two or three separate rooms. Ideal for group/family accommodation. I was stayed there almost 4 nights & 3 days and the location was just middle of the city. They had restaurant services and the food was good and tastier. Staffs are very cooperative and nice behavior. They had also banquet facility there for conducting conferences/marriage functions.also a good swimming pool and recreational facilities will be there.

It is a good place. However if you looking for luxury or a good gym this is not the place for you.

Restaurant services and food was excellent. I was with my kids. Without being asked a young man in the restaurant services came and helped us. All the staff were so well mannered.

Premium apartments situated near the backwaters. All modern amenities available including club house, swimming pool, etc.

Not worth for money that we spent. No proper parking place for a function. We took their banquet Hall.

First the good part. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness is good. However there are certain things that need to be clarified. The pictures of the pool are misleading. The maintenance is average and the real thing does not look nearly like the photos.

The worst thing about this place is the greedy restaurant policy. While the food and ambiance are good, the policies reek of sharky management. If you stay in the apartments, they will force you to eat in the restaurant. They will not provide cutlery and plates. In this case, having a kitchen in the apartment is meaningless. We went to the restaurant and ordered a meal. We know the etiquette with meals that they are not supposed to be packed and taken away however, they gave 12-13 bowls of food for one person. We took no refills except rice. After eating till we were full, we had 5-6 bowls of food and 4-5 papads leftover. So we asked them to pack the food. They refused. On being asked what they will do with the food, they said they will throw it away. We said that is unacceptable. We offered to pay a 50 rupee parcel charge and promised that we will not ask them to pack a meal again. The manager went and spoke to someone and came back and now played a new tune. He said they give the food to orphanages. We asked which orphanage, he said "it is nearby" (liar alert). He agreed to make an exception and took the food away. Then, they did not charge me the 50 rupee charge. Another manager came and said "don't worry, we will use the food in our canteen" (I don't know what that meant and it was a third different answer to the first question. We left. Walking a few steps down, we came across a beggar in torn clothes who pointed towards his mouth and made a sound of hunger.

Such a nice location. I have always admired their hospitality. Really nice people. Look no further to stay for an extended weekend. The hotel cum apartment is located amidst the backwaters at Thevera. They have enough space for morning and even strolls. Yes, it is located far from the bustling city, which just adds up to its speciality. The food is great and their service is icing on top of it.

It has a standard that is kept and they have a nurturing and clean atmosphere like they planted natural air cleaning plants like areca palms snake plant etc. Which gives fresh air

Spacious appartment flat with all necessary requirements for an executive stay. Delicious complementary breakfast buffet too. Easily accessible, and mostly sorrounded by back waters.
