We had our first international tour with Riya travels. They made all the arrangements of a customised Europe trip. With family we have difficulty in going for a fixed tour package. Hence we asked for a chauffeur service. They arranged it brilliantly for us. For 12 days we had driver with 8 seated car at our disposal. All the arrangements for tour guide and skip the line tickets were booked prior for us. And they arranged stay at all places. Mr Rajesh Kakkat was our tour manager. We (47 team members) just wanted to say thank you to everyone at Riya Holidays for the wonderful time in Holy land during 8th May 2018 to 17th May 2018. The itinerary was brilliant. The experience was out of this World, and we shall recommend it to all our friends.

To share my thoughts about our tour guide, Sanat B John with regard to the trip, it was beyond any experience we could have envisioned. Sanat was with no exception one of the highlights of the trip! It was a privilege to be accompanied by him to all sights, and without question. We enjoyed the history lessons, the biblical stories, the diversity of political influences, current events, sights that were a must see. He was dynamic, and we were compelled to learn more. We riddled him with questions, constantly! And, there were a few surprises that were above and beyond the job description, and for these too we are so appreciative.

He was able to handle team very well and take care of every minute details each member requested. He has helped us to celebrate Holy mass on all possible days with support of Fr. Teji from Parel church Changanacherry who was our spiritual leader.

Before this trip I was not aware who Riya Holidays was or their services in organizing such trips. Now I have good reason my own experience to recommend Riya as on stop solution for all travel needs.

The only issue I had was that the planning for a one day trip to phi phi island was not thought of keeping in mind the time factor. Nevertheless the arrangement was fine.

We booked a trip to Langkawi and Kuala Lumpur last month with Riya Travels, Calicut. They did a great job organizing the customized tour we wanted. The hotels they booked in both places were very good and so was the other arrangements like private transport, etc. Their local contacts helped us avoid a lot of potential hassles at the destinations. Unnikrishnan at Riya Travels was particularly helpful and went out of his way to accommodate our wishes. We're planning to book more overseas tours with them in the coming months.
