Rolls N Fries

I had a bad experience from here. Once i ordered a combo wrap. And that smells really very bad foul smell. Roti taste was also really bad, and i complained to them about this they gave me another combo wrap but that was too very bad. After that i never ordered any items from them. And I am not gonna buy anything.

Very poor service. Waited for more than half an hour.disappointed and left with out having food.

Food is really good but it takes more than 45 min for me to just to take order they won't answer phone calls and it takes more than 1 hours to deliver the food my home and it is just1km from the restaurant but it takes a lot of time

Food is damn delicious but the delivery sucks! I had to call them again and again asking for my order, they took almost 1 ½ to get me the food whereas the delivery point was hardly 1km away from restaurant.

The food is okay, but the wait is too long. We waited for around one hour but didn't even get the food nor an apology for the wait. It was one of the best food spots when it started but now its standards as well as service has gone down to very low. I hope they can change soon.

Yesterday I bought 2 cheese plate shawarma from here and the quality was terrible. After eating it i didn't feel so good and at mid nyt 1 vomited 2 times and my stomach is upset now. I bought food from here and i didn't had any problem before. But this was too disappointing.

Ordered from swiggy broasted combo they give only broasted piece no french fries no kuboos no garlic dip no ketchup

Rolls and fries is most affordable shop who severes quality foods.
Broasted chicken, al fham, burgers & shawarms these are some menu that i eat from there. And i loved it so much

Previously have given 5 stars. But now quality is very low. Got Burnt al faham (both sides). It was very bitter. Informed restaurant and they didn't care.

Their shawarma is good. But the waiting time to get the shawarma if u are giving a take away order is way too much. Needs improvement in that part. Had shawarma many time so sure about the quality.

Food Quality declining. Earlier it was good, this time rumali shawarma, the rumali was not properly cooked, just semi cooked with taste of raw maida,

The food they serve is very delicious even big brands like mc Donald's can have a good competition. If you guys feel I am boasting I strongly recommend all of you to try Rolls n fries. If can't come to the shop you can order through swiggy, zomato. Enjoy Bon appetite!

I tried their Cheesy arabic shawarma. Worth the priceIt didn't had much spiciness and the overkill of masalas like other shawarmas in Kochi.

They used to be very good and prompt. But service standards have fallen to the dogs now and their response is pathetic. The owner cannot run everything alone. They just deliver as per their needs, eat if you want to eat. That's the attitude if you take delivery. I have been a customer since inception, and I have seen the decline and gradual fall of their standards and service. The food is good but the service is equally PATHETIC and unapologetic. The same usual story - When the customer base increases, the customer service quality is NOT needed. Because money will come no matter what. That's the attitude now. Unfortuantely, the owner can't do much as his own instructions aren't followed by the staffs.

Food delivered very late gets soggy and moisture just kills the fries, Broasted and anything ordered. This is the usual story, SO do not order Broasted or Fries from them if it's delivery. Go there and pick it up instead.

Bought 2 Royal burger from this shop, but when we opened it the chicken was raw. Too bad and unhygein.

Food is good. Dinning is not clean, and it very untidy atmosphere.

I suggest to go-ahead as parcel to home.

Best shawarma in Kochi for the best price.

Fish Burger and Broasted Fish are very good. Highly recommended.

Situated at panayappilly, kochi opposite to EVM cinema.
Fish broast is one of the favourite dish.

Don't buy any food from here iam just buyd foods from here after that I am admitted in hospital and effected food poison

They provide non veg rolls when you ask them for beg rollls and then say that bcuz they can't take that order that time. They were busy in making non veg rolls that's why they given intentionally non veg rolls to vegetarian

Quality food and really good customer service. But sitting area is so small so that take out will be the best option.

The best place in kochi for having broasted chicken. Really amazing food for affordable prices. There is just a problem of low parking space.

Their broasted chicken is really nice and juicy. The siz e of the chicken is also satisfactory. I tried their KitKat shake which was also good.
Only one thing that disappointed me was that the burger which I ordered didn't have cheese slice in it. If it wasn't for the missing cheese slice I would have given 5 stars.

I tried their broasted chicken and it was great. It's available from 5.30pm. It's cheaper and tastier than Indian KFC. And the restaurant was also good.

The shop is small but enough to have food there.
The shop is crowded for a good reason.
Not only the shwarma makes the place special.

The fu*king smell of meat and cheese and potatoes is unbearable in this shop. Shop is not near and tidy and they provide least attention to the customers as they are always busy in delivering online orders. Whatever you eat, the tase is destroyed by the smell of flesh/mean being prepared. Cannot recommend as this happened to me a couple of times.

I ordered food in uber eats very poor.no temperature no taste.is this ur service.very bad.i never expect.

The food was great.and we all had enjoyed it.especially the shawarma.it would had been great if your cafe had your air conditioner on! It's suffocating up there.especially after long drives.it's filled with smoke and heat.during evening hours.so it's my humble request to please do look into it.
