Ordered a Red velvet, Strawberry Rolly.it had a unique texture and good flavor. The boy had to put in a lot of effort for that Roll. Though it felt pricey at first the effort, texture and experience makes up for it. My 3 year old son loved it.

Two small strawberries and just about 100ml of tender coconut milk. That's what was in my roll icecream. It cost me Rs 140. It's definitely a versatile icecream experience, but never worth the money.
The above mixture is beaten to a pulp and mashed up on a freezer table, spread out like a sheet and then scraped up into rolls, all this using just their dual chisels.
They also add syrups and sprinkles for a more dense flavour because the fruits may not be that ripe or sweet. Roll icecreams are seriously overhyped. It's just a one-time try for me.
