Please don't visit this restaurant due to the worst customer service. I visited just because all other restaurants like Mazali and food stories were full. The butter chicken was red in colour and very spicy. I couldn't taste any butter in it. The chef doesn't know the taste of actual butter chicken. The time taken was 40 minutes to serve food, the soup itself too 40 minutes then food again was delayed. I request for the extra free salad with alfaham which includes cabbage and cucumber. The waiter said he will give it multiple times but didn't receive untill we left. Even though I asked and reminded him multiple times he said he will bring but never came. He could have just said no if it is not available or if can't provide second time as it is free.

Anyways I wont visit this restaurant again due to these bad experience.

Not satisfied with the restaurant at all. The service was really bad. The food quality was below average. Not at all happy with the way we were treated. This is the 2nd time visiting this restaurant.both the experiences were really bad. Hope the management does the necessary.

I visited romanzia restaurant
with my family yesterday. I came to notice the difference in taste and quality of food served in your hotel yesterday was much inferior compare to my previous experiences. I oftenly used to visit this hotel with family. Certainly, I can say, food in this hotel was very good in taste once, but unfortunately it is not so now.

I ordered biriyani take away. Unfortunately the quantity of rice is not enough for their price tag.

Not recommended at all, forget about the food. Horrible service, took almost 40 minutes to serve that too a wrong order.

Not very crowded place. They have adequate parking facilities.
Food as a whole can be considered to be average.
I have tried their AlFaham and various seafood items. All were average.

Had a good dinner here today. The starters of Gobi 65 and french fries were really fresh and tasty. Paneer and Gobi curries were delicious, and paneer and porotta was really soft. Service and food are great and spacious enough! Nothing to say less. Liked it over all, worth the visit.

Today (March 28th) we ordered pista icecream (40 rs) from this restaurant. The quantity of this icecream was so pathetic like literally less than one scoop. Atleast you should respect our money!
If this is the way you treat your customers then probably you guys wouldn't be having any of them!
Really Bad service

Just an average food.
Food preparation time is very slow.
It takes more than half hour for every single dish.
Staffs arent weared masks properly.
Staffs should more attentive.
Parking area is good.
They didn't provide normal water for drinking.

Romanzia is as the name a beautiful restaurant in the food junction of perinthalmanna. I ate chicken dum biryani was so delicious. I heard their Surbian rice is so famous. Sure will come for that next time

We bought a variety chicken dish which normally can cost upto 300rs.but we were very shocked to see that its price was 660rs.and although the taste wasn't so good the price is so high.

In the App They have that whatbi oreders product if thay have finished it Romanzia should mention that,
But they nerver do that.
One more thing i am working in a Sales profession sector hence we almost depend on for lunch in hotels, since in my last years.
It is realy a crime,
As you know that our Mahatha Gandi sayes that
"A customer is the most impotent visitor on our premises, he is not dependent on us, we are depandent on him"

Recently Romancia is one of my favorite restaurant choice in Perinthalmanna. Excellent quality and quantity thay will provide. But should add some more efficient customer service staff's.

My recent visit to this restaurant offered horrible food. I ordered chicken biriyani, the chicken pieces looked like they were from the ice age. I had a bad floated tummy after I ate that food. This place is no more romantic

Disappointing experience when we took the reservation for a family gathering. Poor management and hospitality. Management staff behaved like a goon.

(Review made before a month) I usually manage to go this place, its not very much crowded and affordable restaurant in perinthalmanna, and food is also good, hospitality, hygiene is also better.

I felt very dissapointed with their service and quality of food.
The negatives i felt are

1. Overcharged a normal chicken soup priced 70 Rs in the menu and charged 110 Rupees.

2. The portion size of chicken tikka and beaf is very large and they advised it is for a single person. But actually its for a 2 or more person and charged high price.

3. Quality of meat is masked by adding over spices and dont felt it of good quality.

Never expected these from standard reataurant like these.

One the avoided place because of that it's not so crowded and food is average nothing much comprehensive

The best restaurant in perinthalmanna where you could just order anything on the menu and be satisfied with its quality, taste and the price. Just so good.

I got a very bad BIRIYANI experience from here. I bought beef biriyani from this restaurant the rice was of bad quality there was very less Masala in the rice and tasted bland.

Little disappointed

Owner of this place is a very good friend of mine so visited it for the first time and was really disappointed.

Firstly, it took about 20minutes for them to take my order

Secondly, the menu is a lie. Most of the dishes are not available. They have lots of exotic names which made me vary to choose from

Thirdly, the A/C was not working which added to my heartbreak

The last nail in the coffin was the fact that they gave me Manthi rice and told its Jordanian Rice which added to my scepticism

The only useful thing is the kids play area

Situated at the bypass. Nice restaurant with good food. They do have enough seats to accommodate a large family. There is a hall which can accomodate some 20 people. They do produce some varieties of food too.
Different type of chicken, pothi beef, varieties of rice etc.
Can get private space for family. Price is also normal. Parking space too is available.

Great place. But they had no pay by UPI options. Great atmosphere and beef biriyani for 99₹ was quite a reasonable food with reasonable taste.

Good food, nice staff behaviour and nice ambiance, we got delecious food.loved it the hospitality is great.
