Thalli poli shop Thalli Poli Food If we order any juice/shake, if we are lucky, we will get the ordered item. Otherwise, he will make it to his liking and ask us to drink it. And some Bengalis who do not understand what is being said No one like the goon who knows how to laugh well at the cash counter Bad food Hygienic Hospitality Total quality of the restaurant -5/100
Ordered plate shawarma which was very dry with lack of mayonnaise, salt & spice was very low. Felt like dry raw meat. Had a coffee which was very bad. Chocolate shake was very bad. Iam never going to eat from there anymore.i won't recommend it to anybody.
22 rupees for a coffee? 140 rupees for a plate of shawarma? Even the khubboos served with the shawarma was tooooo dry and the chicken pieces are tastless. The owner should stop this business and then start to do theft directly! Cheaters!
I love this restaurant. Royal bakers restaurant at here we ate lunch. It's taste good and so delicious the dish name was alpham chicken with mandhi riceThe quality of the food was awesome. Moreover, the friendly manner of staffs are very appreciative. There quality of the food and the clean areas are there. The prices of the food are so affordable to everyone. On the other hand I wil recommend this place for a luxurious lunch or any other.
Royal Bakery is a convenient stop for a quick bite when hunger strikes. However, it's important to note that this bakery charges more than your typical neighborhood bakery while offering relatively smaller portions.
The food quality is decent and can satisfy your hunger pangs, but one might expect more considering the higher prices. While it may not be the best value for money, Royal Bakery serves as a reliable option for those in need of a quick and tasty snack.
In summary, Royal Bakery provides a quick fix when you're hungry and in a hurry, but be prepared to pay a bit more for the convenience. The food is good, though not exceptional, making it a suitable choice for a fast and satisfying meal.
Our experience with ordering a birthday cake from this bakery in S. N Junction, Thripunithura was extremely disappointing. We paid for the cake and brought it home on the due date, but upon opening it for the celebration, we were dismayed by the very bad and negligent writings of the essential "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" message. The first line of the sentence was incomprehensible, and it left us as customers feeling upset and dissatisfied with the careless handling of the cake writings.
We directly informed the bakery team about our concerns, but they did not handle the matter in a way that addressed their negligence. Their response was simply, "This was done by a staff here, " showing a lack of concern for our experience and providing no satisfactory closure to our concerns.
As a result of this incident, we have decided to no longer order any kind of cakes or cakery items from this bakery for future.
Very bad food & not worth for money. I had shawarma, alfarm & musambi juice from there. I'm not expecting ths from royal bakers.its was really worst experience and I will never suggest anyone.
Good service and well maintained bakery and restaurant. Service of the staff was warm and welcoming. Payment can be done via Card along with UPI transactions.
A restaurant i frequent when I pass through S N Junction. The service, and food are really good. Their Arabic spread in the evening is good. The biriyani is wholesome and the Chinese items are also worth the pricing. Worth a visit if you plan a pit stop at S N Junction.
The biggest negative is that they charge 10% of your bill amount as AC charge!
That means If you had taken food for 2000 you will have to pay 2200! (This 10% is added after adding GST!)
That's really a bad way of making money. A fixed charge of 20-50 per dining would have been reasonable for the AC area.
Apart from that AC will be effective only to the 3 tables at the left part only. Because of the extreme heat from sunlight. It is slightly adjusted by 3 fans.
Poor service by the lady waitress over there. I was asked to get up from the chair very impolitely. It was two ladies sitting there and I as a lady sat there as there were no vacant seats available. I had to get up. I had to go behind this lady waitress many times asking her about fruit salad. Waitress was not looking at the face and it was not crowded for her to be busy. Later the male waiter explained it is because one more person of that group wanted to sit. Waitress could have politely explained this than rudely behaving. I don’t mind getting up and standing but the way they say and behave especially when we ask about possibility of fruits for patients has to change. I am a bystander for my relative in a hospital. There are other bakeries and juice counters also near by in the same area. When I asked the waitress can you please let me know what all fruits are in fruit salad and it is for the patient in hospital. She rudely said I don’t know. Such impolite service. Only one another waiter was good enough in tackling the mess this lady waiter created by politely handling it. Cashier did not say any response to what I explained. Finally I found a icecream shake for the patient as parcel instead of Royal fruit salad I ordered charged around 110 rupees
