I have tried fried rice, paneer butter masala, porotta, biriyanis, tea and snacks, etc at various occasions. Felt and tasted delicious. Fresh mosambi was too bitter.

This restaurant gave me a very bad experience. The behavior of the staff here towards the customers is not very good. If you order food, it takes a long time to get the food. Similarly, the food does not have the quantity and quality of the paisa given. I feel the food is very overpriced. The quantity and quality of the Alfam chest piece here is very low. Very unprofessional staff here. The staff here don't know how to manage and behave with customers.

It’s our favourite hanging out spot for Tea and snacks. Oru Kadi Oru Kudi. Good parking space in such a busy area, warm and friendly staff. Keep it up, team.

Great always have food from here it's well maintained and it have both AC and non AC seperated places to have food. It's very near and opposite to the IGNOU University. Also nearby you would also find plenty of places to have food but this has kinda everything in it both restaurant & Bakery so I can easily recommend you this

A good eatery and bakery of this area. Easily accessible and has fairly good parking space. Tasty and hygienic food mainly non veg. Service of the staff is courteous. Especially the handsome guy at the cash counter. Recommending.

Decent food at marginal price. They are restricting a/c for certain time slots only. Felt suffocated at a/c dining area without ac.

Atmosphere and service are really good at this restaurant. My expectation was way higher when I have seen the ambience and service. But the food which I ordered was very disappointing.

I have ordered beef biriyani and got something which I didn't even like a bit. Finally I had to pay around 200rs for what I didn't like at all.

Today I have a worst experience in royal bakery. Three of my friends go to Royal bakery for eating the biriyani. Biriyani is not at all good worst food so disappointed worst service also

I have ordered Sharjah shake.it was not the best of the ones I had tasted.just an average, with heavy sugar content.may be I was unlucky. Ample Parking space is available.

Very very bad service from the staff. They wont even look at us. I wasted my 15 minutes now. No one came to take order So I left

Disappointed. And I guess the plan was to make up for the LOW quality with HIGH price (more than double) the price for the same dish in other places.

Fitst thing there is no hygenic way they are making parotta. They are not using handgloves when making parotta.

One of the reliable eatery that one can find. They host a combination of bakery and restaurant goodies under the same roof. They serve one of the best chocolate shakes. One could totally walk in and pickup baked goods and packed food items. They truly try to keep up their name that has become a familiar one among us.

After a long time. I feel the real taste what I expected. I enjoyed Royals Beef Biriyani & chicken biriyani, both are delicious, and Take a parcel Beef roast, it's quantity satisfiable. Staffs are polite & neet atmosphere.

Good ambience. Neat n clean. Bad customer service. We had biriyani, Soup nd shawarma. An average tasty biriyani. And worst shawarma. But Chicken Soup is just awesome. Variety of food are available.

Located near kaloor junction. Their bakery items and food are tasty. Nothing so grand, but really good and tasty.

A decent restaurant which is situated in Kaloor Kadavanthra road, Ernakulam. They provide bakery as well as food.
They have varieties of Non Veg food. This is situated in the main road. The parking is a challenge as only a few vehicles can be parked in front

A nice eatery at Kaloor, a busiest place in the heart of Cochin city. All kind of veg and non veg foodstuffs are available. Also, bakery items including Black forest Cakes, burgers, pizzas and hotdogs.
To drink: tea, coffee, soft drinks, ice-cream, shakes, fruit juices and mineral water.
Apart from these, the real Kerala's traditional snacks are also serve here.
A/c and non a/c sections are there.

Good restaurant and bakery in kaloor side. It's just opposite to IGNOU kaloor. They have ample parking space. You should try their Choco cake.

Worst experience. The hotel staffs are not at all bothered of taking orders from their customers. The staffs are not at all friendly in their behavior.

Worst ever service you could find in ernakulam. Bunch of uncordinated staffs who doest know what they are doing.serves you the wrong item after an agonizi wait. I once experienced funny tasting chicken here. Thought will give it a try again.paid the price.

We were on a family vacation & stopped on our way back to Rly stn for a quick lunch n parcel. Food was OK but they created a big fuss at billing. I paid ₹ 2150 agsinst a bill of ₹1147. The cashier forgot to return back change of ₹1000 & when enquired they argued they were right. When checked on Cc TV footages, it was quite clear that my payments had a 2k note. Even with that clear image those guys started arguing I had given only 1000 rupees. As I was late for my train the arguments went on for 15 mins n had to use all my strength to collect my hard earned money back. I am really shocked at such an uncivilized behaviour by your restaurant staff. I hope u teach some courtesy and manners and moreover how to count money, n recognize the Indian currency. Or else u will shut down soon.
