Too much noise inside the resturant, speakers playing hindi songs and all at high volume.can't even make proper conversation

I had a bad experience today. The service staff should study how to manage the customers. Even we inform also they are not willing to take orders. It was very pathetic experience from the side of royal. First you should study how to given service to customers. I can understand the situation in busy hours. But in the normal time also they providing this kind of pathantic service.

Staff with very bad behaviour especially the man at the counter. Felt like they do not want to sell their products. Overpriced and worse food. Only the infrastructure is good, nothing else.

Great place. Delicious food. Marvelous service personal. It's a great place for fooding.

The problem with the restaurant is that snacks are good but restaurant's food deteriorated with time. Quality as well as taste went from average to below average. The only advantage it is having is because of its location in mulanthurty. Recently i had chicken biryani there the chicken was too much dry with less gravy.

Worst service ever. Ordered for 2 shakes and it took almost 30 minutes to serve. The taste was not worth the waiting. Will never ever visit this place again.

The food we tried from here is not worth it, chicken Manchurian was over salted but porrota was ok, food items are not costly either.

Mulanthuruthy is a place which lacks quality hotels. Royal is just another mediocre hotel here. Overpriced food for which quality cannot be assured is not an over rated experience for this place. Hotel is on road side but do not have it's own parking space.

Treating people are not good. When order a parcel the salad contains one piece carrot one piece cucumber really. And charging Rs 10.

Royal and standard tasty backery and confectioner's at Mulanthuruthy Pallithazham Junction. Reasonable price for all food items.

Now a days customer service not good. May be staff not good, very late in attending the table. Lot of staff but but not enthusiastic, attend the table halfmindly. The restaurant need fresh/ good supervision

Good place for fast food on at mulamthuruthi.on thripunithura Kottyam route. Open till 11 pm late night. Parking also avaliable. The rates are fair. This restaurant has more choice for non vegetarian foods. The rail way level cross is a land mark for this restaurant.

Expensive for the quality of their service.
Food is Overpriced. Service is just satisfactory. Food taste is satisfactory too.

Not worth spending what they ask you for in their menu.

One of the best bakers in the area. Average quality food. Food quality may vary average to poor in some days. No parking facility available. Too much lag in service. Average quality washroom facility. Has food delivery services in connection with swigy. Not suggested to those who are travelling in cars due to unavailability of parking space.

This place really has the best shawarma in town. So filling and filled with just all the right stuff. If you are a fan of shawarma, really don't miss having one from here. Yummylicious.

The Shawarma here is very tasty. And also they serve Good Ice Cakes which is very fresh and tasty.

Evening is the most happening time. The only Tandoor place in Chottanikkara and Mulanthuruthy. They serve better Tandoori, Alfam and Grilled Chicken dishes. They do have a lot of food options. North Indian, Chinese, Kerala style Cuisine. Plus they have a bakery, Packet Batters and Bottled Soda. Lunch options - Veg, Fish Curry Meals are okay. Biriyani is a sweet and not a Dum option. Infact Don't think of eating any Biriyani in Chottanikkara and Mulanthuruthy. Parking is available in the front of the restaurant.
