I had juice and snacks from here, but the snacks weren't hot, and the taste wasn't good. It was overpriced.

Some non veg items like chicken fried rice and chicken items are good. They have good service

I don’t recommend this to you, if you are planning to have shawarma.

I have been there and had rumali shwarma last day. And now having stomach issues. I experienced the same issue 3 weeks back.but i thought it was that days food only.

Had morning breakfast here and it was very good and in general is a good store for having snacks and light food

Bad experience we faced during dining no water being offered or server unless we asked, No washroom in that premises. The biriyani served very cold even and the attitude of the cashier was flat.the server was good.
This is a bit of a shame for the Royal franchise
Also no tissue on the table or near wash area

This bakery is opposite to shenoy's theater mg road Ernakulam. They have al faham shawarma and few Malabar and local snacks. Also they have Usual bakery item available. Good road side seating available with a good view to the mg road traffic and shenoy's theater.

Royal bakers and resturant situated opposite of the Shenoys theatre at the MG road.
Tasty and quality food with affordable price.

1. Egg puffs as cold as dead
2. Poor service - waiters were not interested in taking orders
3. Poor customer service - 2 egg puffs, one jam roll, one limejuice and one tea was billed 118 rs at first. Asked for details of the bill, they reduced 20 rs as one extra jam roll was added in the bill. But their attitude was as if we did something wrong

Had veg fried rice, good taste and ample portion. It could be a little less oily and less salty. Also tried mixed fruit falooda. The other options in faloodas were not available then. The ice cream was already melted and the fruits were majorly banana. Snacks are good. Bakery is also huge with lot of options. Could have been better. There is no parking facility as it is right at the M G Road, Kochi.

Bought a cake for my sister's birthday. It was called a SNICKER cake. It was the worst cake i ever had and surely not worth 1200. All it had is 2 small snicker pieces on top with regular chocolate cream and peanuts. I will surely not recommend anyone to buy cake from royal bakers anymore.

First experience on their opening day in business was terrible.
No cold drinks, no basic facilities of soap in the hand wash area and especially in these covid days
Little thought has been paid to the safety and comfort and convenience of the people of ho will be expected to eat at their place.

The Beef Plate was a disaster. Bland and terrible flavours. Some gooey stuff they claim to be cheese but clearly didn't feel, look, taste or smell like cheese

Their carrot cakes are good. Couldn't try the rest of their wares. But initial feeling is one where everything looks nice but may not taste as good.

Hopefully those were just teething troubles of the first day and they will be more mindful of their customers and their perceptions and needs as much as they are intent on making name, fame and money.

Conveniently located bang opposite the Shenoys theater complex on MG Road, at the very corner where the once thriving and very famous Peter's Bakery operated from. Sadly Peter's Bakery went out of operation a few years ago. For the benefit of those who have enjoyed the Peter Bakery's food, i hope Royal will try to live up to that same name and reputation.

This place has just become more expensive but poor quality than before. Before this was a good place to hang out for tea and snacks but this place is not like before and just downgraded. During these times more new bakeries are coming up and instead of catching up to them, these royal bakers branch is just going down the drain. Hope this gets better

Not a bakery. Interested in selling only non-veg food. Once we sit never attend by waiters. Shakes and juices are served in normal glasses. Quantity is very less for price which they charge. Half of their menu items are not available

ഇന്നലെ ഞാൻ അവിടെ വന്നട്ടുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. After noon. ഒന്നും പറയാൻ ഇല്ല എനിക് അവിടത്തെ food വളരെ അതിഗം ഇഷ്ട്ടപെട്ടു. ഇനി എപ്പോഴൊക്കെ വന്നാലും ഞങ്ങൾ ഈ Kafe D Kochi എന്ന റെസ്റ്റോറന്റിൽ മാത്രമേ കേറോളൂ. അത്രോം എനിക്ക് ഇഷ്ട്ടപെട്ടു. Iam really happy.

Royal is a popular brand and their restaurant as well as bakery food items having good quality.
