Royal Oak Mall

Maintenance of the mall is very pathetic, the lift usually gets stuck and i guess there is no centralized ac or back up power supply.the mall has many shops but the number of visitors are very less.

Comparatively peaceful mall and not much popular shops available. But all together it is said to be not bad.

Good mall with co-working space in 3rd floor. Great ambience to work and number of good companies are there.like Byjus learning app.

No Food court, consists showroom of interior designers, photography studios, fashion stores and learning center.
Poor bathroom facilities

Located near Capitol Mall. This shopping mall has exclusive showrooms of Levi's and bata on the ground floor. There is a beauty spa named Marriott in the 2nd floor. Offices of YVGO tourism and hospitality pvt. Ltd. Byju's learning app, Caps Gains operates in the 3rd floor.

Nice Mall. But comparing to other mall in Kannur this Royal Oak shopping mall is nothing. No any good shops are there. Only one BATA shoe showroom is there. Mummy and Me, one of the best outlets there. You can get gift items, kids Toys and other ladies items are there, Tea and Snacks are also available there. Good Ambiance!

Its a good mall with a very good structure. Only few shops are functioning there now. The parking lot has limited space only. Can hold roughly 20-25 cars that's it.
