Very nice crusie we travelled but we don't contacted them personally it was booked to us by our travel agent very good experience

The staff are friendly and courteous. They accomodated our requests and they made sure that we had a great stay. We planned our son's birthday in this house boat and i would say he had one of the best birthdays!

We stayed in the Premium houseboat with 2 BHK. All meals breakfast, lunch and dinner was extremely amazing and highly recommended. The staff was very supportive and helpful.

Most unhygienic. Nil facility for stay. Insects inside stay place. Names like luxury, premium are miss leading. Waste of money.

Exotic location and premium boats. Excellent service and food. Can opt their facility if you are looking for a Quality staycation. Special preference for every customers.

The view is literally amazing and mesmerizing. And the boat house was such an amazing experience every one must have to visit and thanks to Royal river cruise as they have given us bundle of surprises by planning the candle night dinner and doing cake cutting over the boat house.

Went on Lake Song boat with Deluxe. Food and service was excellent. AC worked fine from around 8.30 PM to 6 AM.
Rooms could have been better. Service and food was excellent.

Had a great experience, the boat is not a luxury one but have all the required amenities, we had a comfortable stay. The staff is very good and polite and cook really good food.

Horrible and Pathetic experience. We stayed in the house bot which has 4 bedrooms, we were group of 10 people (8 Adults and 2 children).

We checked it around 2 30 pm. There were three people on the boat, I don't remember name of any one. There was no greetings hi hello or anything from them. When we entered the boat was already a boiling furnace. This boat has a design problem, the entire boat windows are made of glass which cannot be opened, so heat gets trapped and there is no wind, unless you are always on their deck.

Coming to service again, I think all the 3 persons in the boat were forcefully working there. As mentioned no greetings nothing apart from that, they were very arrogant when it came to serving our requests. We had two very bad incidents. One was about starting AC when we all were at the dining area and second one was, when we checkout there was no help from them to take out luggage out. They all were inside but they didn't responded.

The rooms were not hygienic too. The water was smelling odd. Plus there were cockroaches. The only good part was food, although there were less options but taste wise it was good.

If you are visiting alleppey, I would recommend not to go for a full night houseboat. Instead of that, book a hotel and just go for 1-2 hours ride on a house boat.

Experience was awesome and staff were amazing along with Boat Captain.
Food was tasty and they called 1 day prior to know what I would like to eat.

Food and services are excellent. Upper deck should has comfortable seating arrangements instead of simple plastic chairs.

The highlight of the Stay was the food. The chef Anna blew us with the Jain food. We were struggling to get good vegetarian food but here we got so tasty and homely jain food.

Not explained or guided well about Spots. Some important places are skipped. I feel this too Costly for this Boat. No Tv, No hotwater, damaged parts, untill our booking, that excutive spoke well after paid, she doesn't respond my call too, and worst welcome drink ever. Really disappointed,

I travelled in a boat named Lake Song. They received us with a kind manner and welcomed us. I enjoyed lot in this boat house. The staffs in the boat helped us. It was very clean and excellent

Overal stay was a disaster and waste of money. Very rude and argumentative staff. Service was very bad. The driver was not following the timings at all and when questioned, is not ready to listen to anything. The food was not suffient and is provided in very less quantity. Very rude behaviour, which is very unacceptable.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS STINKING, DIRTY AND NASTY SO CALLED LUXURY CRUISE - Royal river cruises. Better stay at 5 star resort instead of paying thousands and taking garbage from the money minded owner RAHUL. Stay away from this shiitty people.

Terrible experience…. Rusted, dirty, stinky, full of cobwebs, unhygienic food, no ac, unkempt motorboat rower from shore to houseboat. Staff was polite and did their best in such inhumane environment.

This was our first family house boat experience, we had a very pleasant ride. Food and service were all good.

Had a wonderful experience in the Lake song house boat.especially Abilash the captain and Jain cheta the chef.greeted us very well and very friendly.food was good but not as we expected.

One of the worst experience i have ever had in my life.

I am surprised how people have given 4 stars rating and good review for this royal rivers cruise called RR3 with stinking and dirty bathrooms and bed rooms and dining room area.

NO AC and NO tasty foods as per the menu they promised when we booked, No bedsheets provided for extra pax but called as luxury cruise.

3 crews on board doest not bother about you or your belongings when it comes to safety.

They will not even respond to you properly if you have any need or concern and they would rudely say you didnt pay to us call the owner.

About the owner Rahul, he treated us as a guest until he gets payment of 23k for 8 adults and 3 kids. If we ask for any questions or any need he would simply say cancel and get off from my boat and no refund will be provided. DO NOT TRUST THIS YOUTUBERS and waste your money. Find the photos of this luxury cruise boat RR3. THINK BEFORE YOU CHOOSE THIS CRUISE.
