Rooms, ambience is very nice.hospitality of the staff is too good.breakfast and dinner was too yum-special mention for chicken curry.we had a great stay there.

The rooms are spacious with excellent facilities and a breathtaking view from the resort. There is a natural stream which flows bust beside the resort. I would specially like to mention the home-cooked food, especially the must-try fish fry and the breakfast is super awsome. They have a entertainment park for kids, making it an ideal retreat for families. Highly recommended for a serene and enjoyable getaway!

I had an incredible stay at this resort! The soothing water stream and diverse range of trees create a truly nature-friendly atmosphere. The home-cooked food, especially the must-try puttu and fish fry, was a delightful culinary experience. The spacious rooms with excellent facilities and a breathtaking view from the resort added to the overall charm. Moreover, the entertainment park for kids was a fantastic addition, making it an ideal retreat for families. Highly recommended for a serene and enjoyable getaway!

We, 3 families consist of 12 members have stayed @ Royal Stream Homestay. This stay is one of our greatest experiences, especially the warmth extended by Mr. Vinodh, his wife and son. The home cooked food prepared by themselves at their own kitchen was delicious and yummy, especially the “Meen Curry”. Rooms were spacious, comfortable & neat. We all have really enjoyed the water stream, natural beauty, ambiance and the climate in the resort. Overall, its worth for the money you spent there, unique, invaluable for their hospitality & service.

The rooms are clean and spacious. This place is clam and silent good place to relax. There is a stream water where we can spend our time. The owner and their family was friendly and helpful. The food was so delicious

Very nice place and wonderful hosts. Very spacious rooms, neatly maintained. For May beginning, the room which is covered by a lot of greenery is pleasantly cool. Early morning tea/coffee, breakfast and evening tea are complimentary. Simple dinner is arranged if ordered by 5pm. The rooms are all in a row and have a nice small independent verandahs with a dining table and chairs. This gives you a kind of guest house feeling run by a nice gentle family. WiFi and TV are available. Less than 2km from the town centre. Even if you don't have your own vehicle, you get autorickshaw from the commercial area. I will cover my personal experience in the "Noteworthy" box.

We totally 12 people stayed and everyone is 100% satisfied.

Biggest plus are room service, food, location, owners politeness and big rooms.

Food is so tasty as they prepare from their own kitchen.we didn't feel like having in restaurant.

They are so flexible with their services.

Its in main kalpetta.so accessible to all views, places.

Royal stream wayanad is amazingly beautiful with a very soothing environment and also a very eco -friendly place with a warm hospitality. A beautiful place to relax and makes us feel -at -home.i had a great experience during my stay there. The food served there is very delicious. And also not forgetting to mention about the management, who are very pleasing. As a whole i had a very good time there and would surely like to visit there again.

Everything about the stay is really good. The rooms are spacious. The hosts are really friendly and caring. They served hot, home-made breakfast every morning and other meals whenever asked for. It is right at the kalpetta bypass, so only 1 km from the kalpetta town. The rooms open up to a really beautiful view of a hillside and a bunch of trees. Misty mornings are really blissful here. I would recommend anyone going to wayanad to consider this stay.

A wonderful resort with fantastic hospitality by Mr. Vinod and his family. The 2 days spent in the resort were very peaceful with a stream flowing by and a park to enjoy. They served tasty homely food. The rooms were spacious and cool and the entire resort was surrounded by green plantations and indoor plants. Highly recommend this resort for a wonderful stay in Wayanad!

Amazing resort in the perfect location.
We were extremely satisfied with the resort and its beautiful natural surroundings. Another merit is affordable price and they have clean and spacious room. They have great staff who knew how to treat their customers. The view from our room was really beautiful. We can really enjoy with our families from there. Its one of the best resort i have visited till now in Wayanad. We were satisfied with this resort, its worth for money. I will definitely stay in this resort for my next trip to Wayanad

My wife and I planned for a workation at Wayanad and researched a lot for ideal places. With help of a very good friend Jibu, we found this perfect place. Vinod (host) arranged us everything including stable high-speed internet which helped us work seamlessly. Vinod as well as Jibu assisted us with the itinerary in such a way that we could cover most of the places outside office hours - mornings and evenings. We had a two-wheeler and so it was convenient to access different places in Wayanad from here.

This place is ideal for those who want to be away from the hustle-bustle of the city. However, this place is in proximity to the main road and it helps when you need to step out and buy things. The place is well decorated with a variety of flora. The peaceful environment is what we enjoyed the most. In addition, the room and the sitting area were neat, spacious, and were just as comfortable as home.

I strongly recommend everyone staying here to have their breakfasts in-house.

Nice place to stay with family, clean n spacious rooms, tasty food and pleasent environment. Our host Mr. Vinod treated us as his family. He is really helpful n caring.

This place is amazing, has a good homely feeling. The owner and family has treated our visit with utmost care. The food is exceptionally good here. There is a stream flowing by the property where you could dip your legs in clean flowing water. On the whole its a thumbs up.

We searched for some economic place in wayanad which is adjust and bit away town as we went as four family with kids. It's a best place near the kalpetta in bypass. Nice scenic views from the resort and park next to the resort linked with resort both are biggest advantage. We don't have restaurant menu but they are very friendly and prepared food as per our wish in less cost. Overall experience is very nice other than problem with hot water tap.

Very nice economic stay in wayanad. Staff is small but very cooperative and polite. They provide a scrumptious breakfast and meal if ordered. Rooms are nice and big. It has a small stream of mountain water flowing very close to them which is accessible to the guests.
Overall, we had a nice comfortable stay for 2 days.

It was a family vacation and the place had a nice playground for my little one. The greenery highlighted by the colours of flowers and accompanied with the gurgling of the stream all added to its beauty. All around we had a peaceful and refreshing stay. The rooms were pretty large and the host Vinod and his family made us feel at home.

The current owner Mr. Vinod along with his family were extremely courteous and took good care of us. The food was also really nice. The plus point is the stream within the resort which the kids really enjoyed playing in.

Everything is there in the name Wayanad “Royal Stream “. Really calm and quiet. 10 mtr away from the main road. Attached with a park.

A fantastic place for rest, I just wanted a place for rest during my long trip of 11 days. But it was much more than what I ask for.

I arrive there in night about 11 PM, planning to leave early by 6 am next morning. But when I woke up and open my door it was mindblowning, the 100s of passion fruit hanging, the water stream, garden, children okay area. The ambiance was awesome.

The location is fantastic - away from the bustling town, right next to a stream, overlooking a hill and coffee plantations. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are super clean. The food could be better, although we only had breakfast at the place.

500mtrs from 1980 restaurant which is famous in these parts.
A stream runs by the hotel. Has car parking. And it's surrounded by a forest.

Awesome place with a cool stream running nearby, Very friendly owner and staff to help you out for anything, have a miss play area very nearby near to city limit though off those city noise.what else you need.

A great hotel gives you feel and facilities of a resort. Clean and neat rooms. Bonn fire place. Still under constructions.

Ambience really good.felt safe with family.arrangement for site seeing were taken care. Had a safe travel.good food, served well. Overall good and safe place for staying with u r family.
