The hotel decor was modern and stylish. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Very calm and quite hotel. Restaurant were closed. Separate hall which is occupied with table chairs. Foods are not so impressive. Wheelchair accessibility is there with parking. With ac and non-ac are there. It is on the road.

Nice hotel, but a lot to be improved in terms of service and availability of food for the inmates. The wash rooms need more attention in terms of replacing the fittings and maintenance.

Very poor maintenance of the property. Though they are charging a premium rate for the rooms, conditions of the rooms are very poor. Where AC is working, bathroom in a dilapidated condition. In one room, the shower is not available, in one room, the fan is not working. All the staff need training and the Management lacks dedication.

Everything was great at this hote. Amazing staff that is friendly and make customers feel welcome.

A blend of splendid hospitality and sumptuous food. Excellent management with a location that has all eminent facilities just a bell away.

The hotel looks nice from outside. But the comfort facilities are very poor. A. C.not maintain, no hot water. All these should be confirmed before booking the room. But the staff is good.

Not impressed. Service and maintenance of the hall and rooms are not so good. Almost all rooms are vacant most of the time. Bar and restaurant attached hotel. Not recommended for families.

Restaurant and bar is attached along with hotel. Room service available, very prompt and fast.

Hotel staff are very cordial and guest caring. Reception staff is very much accomodative on their approach.

Rooms are decent, however there needs to be better maintainance and cleanliness that needs attention and quick addressal. Wash rooms needs more cleanliness and if required change few of old accessories.

However overall a very good experience, food of course is really delicious.

I have never seen such irresponsible and impolite people in reception. My friend booked room for me with advance full payment and there was no proof with them. They made us to wait for more than half an hour. Totally illiterate people handling a hotel. Not recommended to anyone
We got an A/C room where
1. TV remote was missing
2. They warned us that they might not have a spare key for the room
3. Did not provide Water bottle
4. Towels is washroom was pretty old
5. A/C isn't going below 20°c
I have to say 2000₹/day is too much for this room

Fairly ok. Staff very friendly. Restaurant under renovation was a minus point but they have arranged the complimentary breakfast. Intercom was not working. A bit costly for the services rendered

Zero value for money. The ac is giving off some bad smell, the washroom is not properly cleaned, they haven't even kept a bar soap inside. They take full amount from you without even showing you the room. I trusted the 3 star rating but whoever gave it to this hotel is retarded. The kitchen is understaffed (the explanation they gave) and half the time food is not available. And to top it off, the staff here doesn't even care. They smile and giggle in front of us when we try to explain any problem, as if all these are petty issues that need not be addressed. For god's sake stay away from here.

Very poor service but in kayamkulam we could not find out a good hotel for staying and fooding in Kayamkulam

Had our breakfast, lunch and dinner during our school trip there. Breakfast was good, traditional breakfast - appam, idiyappam and vegetable stew. We packed our lunch - vegetable biriyani, from there to eat during our trip. Biriyani was also good, nicley packed wit pappad, salad and achar. Nice ambience, hygienic. Neat, clean and green surroundings with ample parking. There is outdoor dining areas. We had our DJ Party and dinner in their hall at night. Dinner was not that great. The rice and chicken was very dry and the curries in general too saucey. Good place. Is decently staffed and little crowded.
