The service of the staff is very good. I have enjoyed excellent support. Easy to identify the office. Space is less and hardly sufficient.

Don't even feel like giving one star because they do not deserve it worst rto in India they are racists they give different treatment to locals and behave badly with other states applicants also no knowledge of rules and regulation all the vehicles are in very bad condition no brake or broken clutch and most important employees are uneducated they can't even speak or understand any language other than Malayalam gonna report this experience everywhere possible might go till court as well because these uneducated staff were abusing and cursing me and my family who was standing there from morning for sure gonna take a strict step against them

Drop box for application kept inside the office. If it keep out side it will more convenient

Being a govt office, they provide excellent courteous service all the time. Straightforward, strict officials always ready to help. I had a great experience while re-registering my vehicle. The checking inspector is strict and straightforward. Have a separate place for testing private and commercial vehicles. Have got all advanced machinery for testing commercial vehicles.

REALLY BAD AND SHAMELESS VEHICLE INSPECTORS ESPECIALLY THE ONE WITH WIG. WENT TO REGISTER A CAR MONTHS AGO DIRECTLY NOT THROUGH THE DRIVING INSTRUCTORS. THE INSPECTOR WAS NOT EVEN COMMUNICATING WITH ME AS I WENT DIRECTLY AND MADE ME AND MY FATHER SUFFER IN SUCH A WAY THAT WE NEVER GO TO REGISTER A CAR DIRECTLY. THESE SHAMELESS CREATURES ARE GETTING MONEY THROUGH THE DRIVING INSTRUCTORS. I REALLY WANTED TO TAKE THIS CASE FURTHER, BUT MY FATHER TOLD ME JUST LEAVE IT. DEAR RTO PLEASE MONITOR THEM AS IT MAY HELP THE OTHER PEOPLE IN FUTURE.

Very good service. I had to do registration for my new vehicle and I was under an impression that it is going to get delayed but surprisingly the Amvi was very helpful and is very loyal toward his work. He have made our registration process very smoothly. We need such kind of inspectors in our society and the public expect the same.
