It's inside the Angamaly mini Civil Station. RTO was a good person. I got my work done in 20 minutes. Enough staff is there. Some are too good.ll.hy

You need to verify the documents first at the help desk, which might take around 5 minutes. Later, by 9 to 11 am, the inspector might come and verify your vehicle at a different location (which is at Kalady road, near old RTO office). The timings can change, but be there by at least 11. Please note that if the vehicles are less on the particular day, the officer will leave early and you might have to come on another day, just for the inspection.

Many people believe that they need an agent to register their vehicle, and they waste nearly RS-1500. I can assure you that it is a very simple process and you don't need an agent to register your new vehicle. Your ID proof and vehicle documents provided by the dealer alone are sufficient.

On 18-12-2021 i called a auto from opposite nedumbassery international airport to angamali ksrtc bus stand but he asked my the charge ₹200/- i told to him that distance is around 7 km and will give normal charge but he denied. I asked him to switch on the auto fare meter but that also he denied. I called another one auto No. "KL 63 F 7368" He asked me the same charge ₹200/-. I could see the charges written on the passenger seat area and i told to him that i will give normal charge only otherwise switch on the auto fare meter. But he denied to switch on the meter and told to me that not a penny less tha ₹200/- no one goes to that destination. I had to go in the same auto, paying the extra charge with no other option. How many people may have had the experience I had. If the concerned RTO office authorities see this then no one else should have this experience.

Very bad behaviour from the officer he was shouting at me and abused me verbally when I asked about my noc and hypothecation procedures. These types of officers should be dismissed

Amaizing customer service. Dont forget your mask and carry a sanitizer.will need it. Extremely slow site.lead to waiting of 1 hour to fill a form.

This is my second visit to this office for renewal of my Driving license. The e-seva office staff are friendly and co-operative to resolve your issues, but taking time. But as usual, the inside office staff are still to understand the common man's struggle to get the things done.

Worst, rto in world, u will never get your work done there, all are lazy and u will take min 20 visit to just fill application

E seva kendra at RTO office is doing a great service. They treat people in a very calm and polite manner.

Garbage in the middle of the complex.one of the assistant motor vehicle inspectors was rude and unhelpful and played dumb about process about licence transfer; he couldn't even direct the customer to have a look on the online website.not good enough

I had visited the Sub Regional Transport Office Angamaly which is at present located on the first floor of the Angamaly Mini Civil Station Complex situated adjacent to the Manjapra road on its northern side. I had met the RTO Shri Ananthakrishnan for an official purpose and he had helped me out very fast in furnishing the required information and the relevant documents. I could observe that the RTO is personally hearing each and every person visiting this office for official purposes and is helping them in solving their problems. Here in this office no agents and touts are allowed to intervene in the official transactions and everything is dealt with transparently. I could understand that this office had earlier functioned in a rented building paying Rs40 K as rent. The present officer was able to shift it from there to this government building and thus save Rs40 K per month to the public exchequer. More over he was able to procure and install close circuit camera inside the office utilising the sale proceeds of the waste paper and thus effectively control and supervise the official transactions. I am highly impressed about the RTO and the staff under him. A BIG SALUTE TO ALL OF YOU!
