The person sitting in the helpline section was really helpful. He knows he is getting paid to resolve the problems of people. All government employees should understand this.

Very pathetic experience. Have to go hundreds of times to this office for getting an application accepted, though I had heard very good opinions of the office

I had contacted them for clearing my speed tickets for non kerala vehicle. Since it was integrated to vahan they had to create seperate login for each speed ticket. They were the only RTOs who helped in getting this done. I had tried calling atleast 15 other RTO offices. Special thanks to the lady who helped finish this over phone. It was a great help to get this done over phone since I was in Bangalore.

Very bad behaviour.dont go there.stupid attitude staffs.very rude and insulting to customers. IDL online ayi apply chaidu.approv ayi medikan chennapol 3 times poitu varan paranju.they prefer consultants for all works to get commission. 1260 online ayi cost vanna IDL nu consultant chodikunnathu 3000 rs.huge amount of commission business.

It's been more than a week and this RTO has not even started processing my vehicle ownership transfer. I believe I did not bribe them, thats why the delay.

There is parking facility for public for here.
There is a lack of public transport this is a major drawback but auto service is available.

Good office and staff. The old image of RTO Offices as a centre of bribery and corruption is changing for the better. Further, now you can apply for most services online and make payments online.
