Very unprofessional behavior by the lady staff. The saloon is open from 9: 30 and we reached around 9: 27. When we asked by what time the staff will reach, her answer was “I don’t know”. She din’t even have the courtesy to tell us to wait so that she can check and let us know. In spite of her not even minding us, we thought of waiting.
A staff came after a few minutes, but he was going somewhere. And we heard her tell him that the remaining staff will only be there by 10: 30. She did not bother telling us that. No greeting the clients and not even looking at our faces.

If I could claim any saloon as my family saloon this would be it. It's a perfect spot for a nice haircut, massage, shave, etc if you're residing nearby. But even if you're far away, the allure of this saloon is unique. I've felt it as I've changed my home from the last 5 years.

It's calmness, serenity, ambience, and if I'm being honest, once you build up enough rapport, you may even get to know the people around and can instruct them on your special preferences to a word. The staff are very accommodating, experienced and recently have even added new faces and still keep up their reputation of being a brilliant and an elite saloon. If there's a star rating of saloons, Ruby is definitely in the 4 star category.

Very bad experience. Very in professional staffs. Using bad languages between them and they raised voice when I ask about cuts while shaving and they where trying to kick me out from the shop.

Since I was a kid used to go there to have haircut and all. It's a good place to have an haircut and also the people r good and they understand what u want to do.

Asked them to trim my beard with scissors. He agreed and took the scissors and completed everything literally by 5minutes without any dedication. Dont ever go there.

I went there to cut my son's hair, the staff attended was not child friendly and showed a stubborn attitude. There was TV and it was playing news (Perfect for a child, sitting for a hair cut). The staff was not at all friendly, but managed to cut the hair as we mentioned (That's what matters at a barber shop), but in these times, children prefer their places for hair cut, the less it's comfortable for them the less they prefer, i think the management team needs to educate the staffs on customer management. A good customer interaction is the reason why I had to reach this shop for hair cut, after seeing a very long waiting line at Fair, Kannanmoola as those guys are better at it.

My requirement was to get a decent haircut within a short time. The price I felt was a bit on the higher side for the service they provided me. But overall I am happy because I wanted to save time more than money. The stylist Viji was good in doing a quick and decent cut.
