Rugmini Auditorium

We were there as guests. First evening guests had reached the venue pretty tired but they did not offer any services after repeated requests.
The rooms and bathrooms need attention
The bathroom doors are in bad condition. The room main door locks also are difficult to operate.
Staff also were not kind. Need to improve on how to speak to guests.

A good Auditorium with vast space the Hall is Spacious Huge Crowd can be easily occupied

Nice place. Very close to Guruvayoor Stee Krishna Temple.
Good venue for wedding and other functions.

The hotel is very near to guruvayur temple and the staffs are very friendly. The place is neat and clean, they provide complementary breakfast if we have more than 6 guests. The price is moderate.

Hall is sufficiently large for 250-300 people AC works well.

Rooms look a little old and are in requirement of some maintenance

Parking area is big enough for a bus, couple of Travellers and about 20 - 25 cars or so.

Spacious hall with good parking space and tasty food. Difficulty which i faced is to locate this premises through car.
Suggestion to management: place a sign board on the street entrance for easy identification.

Very bad. I take no. 19 room at Rugmini kallyana mandapam. Request to drinking water. They are given full of water in a diirty plastic jug. Rediculas fellow.

So we stayed at the Rugmini Regency after many years. The reason for choosing this place was the location.its a few minutes walk from the East Nada of the temple and once upon a time, this used to be one of the best hotels in Guruvayur.

Let's start with the positives - the rooms are decent size and clean. The bathrooms are clean too.

Now let's go to the long list of negatives:

We had blocked the rooms about a week in advance and on the day, we called about one hour before arriving, letting them know that we were on the way. Despite this, we had to wait a good 10 minutes for our rooms.

They claim to have 24X7 room service, but if you want something as basic as a cup of tea, you will have to wait till 4: 30 in the evening.

Now when you got to a hotel that charges you close to 2.5k a room a night, there are some amenities you expect. Tea that is served in clean tea cups.but guess what.the tea here comes in a flask with paper cups! When we asked them about the same, they said that it was something that was started during the Covid times.but haven't we moved on from the covid times.

We had started after an early lunch, so we were hoping to order some snacks.but nope, you can get snacks only after 7: 30! So much for 24x7 room service!

When we checked in, we were informed that there was a complimentary breakfast.however, we decided to leave early. It was when we saw the bill that we figured out that the so called complimentary breakfast is a charged meal plan that is added to your room rent!

My suggestion.choose this place only for the proximity to the temple and nothing else!

ഗുരുവായൂർ അമ്പലത്തിന്റെ മുൻവശത്തു നിന്നും ഏകദേശം 300മീറ്റർ അകലെ ആണ് ഈ രുഗ്മിണി ഓഡിറ്റോറിയം. എനിക്ക് നന്നായി ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടു. പാർക്കിംഗ് സൗകര്യം നല്ല സ്ഥലസൗകര്യം ഉണ്ട്
