RV palace is a mediocre auditorium with very old schooled interiors and poor management.
This auditorium is not good for elders as the event hall is in first floor with a big stairs with lot of steps. Dining hall is in the ground floor though. There is a very high chance the guests are interested in dining than attending the function due to the difficulty in climbing the stairs.
The maintaince of the building is really bad. There is no hand support for the chairs inside the hall. Seems like the hand support is removed rather than fixing it. Also floor of the auditorium filed with markings of patch work.

A bit old but has ample space for seating as well as dining for a event for about 750 people. Is easily accessible. No facility for wheel chair access.
