Textiles from where you can buy clothes at cheap rate. Quality items. Huge collection of kids wear, ladies wear, gents wear, and wedding collection available. Paid parking available. Usually a bit busy and crowded all the time. Replacement is very easy.

Worst one, except one to two other than that all the remaining staffs are too rude to customers. I won't recommend this shop, you will have a worst shopping experience from here.

The staffs are really really rude, they will just destroy our whole mood of shopping, they get angry easily whenever we ask to show more dresses. I just stopped shopping there due to this. It's right that every job deserves respect, but when we choose a job to do we should do it with whole heart. I won't ever recommend this shop if you expect a good communication or customer service with staffs. They don't even care if the person standing in front of them is older or younger than them they just chose to be rude.

Very poor service. I visited today afternoon.didn't get any help from staffs.we know they are working by standing for a long time. However, each and everyone from staff side following the same pattern, that is not giving any customer service.customers go directly to one section, select any item, bring that item to the cash section, pay it and back to their home, this is happening in SM adoor.customer don't get any service from staff.could u pls mention that did the director instruct staff to follow this kind of system.there is no crowd today.even though didn't get any help.never visit again.cheap service

Visited yesterday for purchasing a gents shirt but there is not that much quality shirts in casual wear. In fact if we go to brands they have almost all the brands and patterns.
They have very good stock with them as anyone can purchase dresses with there available budget. Boys shirt section is too small as compared to other sections. I couldn’t find any good stuff in boys shirt section. Usually there is a crowd on almost all day. But they have enough number to address all of the customers. But on occasions like Onam and Christmas they are struggling to deal with the customers as there is not enough space and all of the areas are occupied with dresses and dresses related materials. They have two cash counters and one dispatch area. The most difficult part is parking. The only option is to go for the paid parking or else park over the main road side. Thats the main reason for traffic issues in that area. As we can see quite a high number of two wheelers parked there vehicles one beside the other and not in an array. Even road side vendors are also there they won’t allow as the park in front of them

My main concern is regarding the billing section and dispatch section which doesn't have adequate staff and space. It's not organised.

There is free and paid parking next to the shop, however if you submit the paid parking bill to the billing section along with your purchase bill then it will be deducted from that.

Very bad customer service by staffs.they are neglected to show the clothes from the cupboard as in doubt that we will buy or not because they want to keep it back to the cupboard by folding, that will be a tak for them irrespective of their job.

Lot of collections of materials. But no quality materials are available, and bad customer service

Very bad behaviour from security. Managment has no control over them. Pls dont buy product from SM SILKS any more.

The quality of materials is very bad. And also employees don't know what customer satisfaction is, they need to improve in customer dealing. Need to wait too many time for billing

Veriety of branded and unbranded collection of clothes at an affordable price. Walkable distance from KSRTC bus depo.

The behaviour of some staffs are too rude and annoying. One of them just thrown the selected dress material infront of the customer.

A total negative experience, wouldn't recommend shopping there

Very cheap quality clothing materials.
They dont even have collections from good brands. Its a very busy place only because they are selling cheap goods in terms of pricing. The number of staffs in billing and dispatch section is not adequate and often you will be in waiting.

It was okay experience. It's crowded and you need to wait too many time for billing and payment section. I think it's complicated.
