They asked us to visit their shop as they don't have the home delivery even in the city limits. My home was just 4kms North from the district bus stand headquarters. These people have their shop at 3 kms.south from the bus stand. They are located at an Alley and is very difficult to find out. It is very near to a bar on a very narrow path. I don't understand why do they ask even ladies to be there to collect their package claiming there are no home deliveries?

No home delivery (B2B is their excuse). Office not at all accessible- almost like it’s in the shire, underground. Never ever pick this company.even if they are the cheapest

None of them pick the call. No one way to track the status of the courier. Worst service ever.

Worst service. Took 1 week for delivery for just 2 km distance. No home delivery. Very rude staff. If you can't provide home delivery then close your shop and do some other work. Never going to use your services ever again.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND IRRESPONSIBLE STAFFS, HIGHER AUTHORITY OF THE FIRM MUST INVOLVE AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTION TO GUIDE BRANCH. OTHER WISE ST COURIER LOOSE THEIR GOODWILL.

Totally fake people (pantheerankavu, kozhikode st couriers). Don't deliver orders at time.disgusting.not attending the calls also.had a very bad experience from their side.not even concerned to deliver on time.

Very congested area. Drive in is difficult with car. They provide only delivery at their office. You should go and collect your parcel.

Worst courier. They don't have door step delivery. They don't even pick up calls also. It is very hard to locate and once you reach there they will have to search the entire room to get our parcel. Not at all organized.

One of the most unprofessional services I have seen. People were waiting for more than 30 minutes when I reached there to collect my package and I had to wait for long similarly. Ya, basically they don't deliver it to the address and also don't have the organization to deliver it immediately when the customer arrives.

Never ever use this courier service. They don't do door to door delivery, don't attend calls and has the worst service. Avoid this place at all costs.

No door step delivery. And I wonder why don't you reject the order when you cannot deliver to the address.
