Hi i ordered a kurti and asked for customised one they had taken my measurements after receiving kurti i got very upset by their stitching it was very worst ever kurti i got worst online purchase i was even scared of questioning them because they are not polite to answer

Poor Service. My wife ordered a dress for my niece's baptism. The dress was a total flop and they were not even polite enough to respond to the complaint. Worst service.

I placed an order via Instagram with these people for a function. PLACED THE ORDER 3 WEEKS BEFORE THE FUNCTION AND THESE GUYS PROMISED TO DELIVER THE ORDER FOR. THE DATE WHICH I HAD ASKED FOR.
I got.the dress just the previous day before the function and it had.the worst fitting and I paid advance of 1000 rupees eventhough they didn't ask for. The dress wasn't even worth 1000 rupees but I had to.pay rupees 2000 for it.it didn't had the things which they mentioned while placing the order worst pattern on.the hands. They called multiple times for.the pending amount and haven't responded back after I had pointed about.the fitting issues. They promised to take back.and refund or.do.the alteration and do.what was said Now its been 2 weeks no.response at all. Fraudulent, no value for customers. I HAD TO PURCHASE A NEW DRESS LAST MINUTE. Additional expenses with that money I could have purchased from a branded boutique like moongoddesscouture or label m designer or Paris de boutique. They say unworthy reasons like their dresses are correct fit on mannequins I wonder if they stich for mannequins.
Never make PURCHASE with these.people via Instagram or online. They have the worst fitting and they make fitting for.their mannequins. Not for.the person who ordered.
