Really liked the place. It is neat, and spacious. I took a deluxe rooms which had independent bathroom.
It is hardly 150m from Aristo Jn, so lot of good restaurants are also nearby.

The room was not good as seen on the booking site. Bathroom okay. Bedroom not clean.walls are not clean

Everything was well. It was my first time in India and honestly the room was cleaner than expected. They were very okay with my late check-in, and i even got a private bathroom, without asking and paying for it. Nothing to complain for me

Quiet area. Good facilities. Neat and tidy. Value for money. Rooms in the middle have no proper ventilation.

Room wise good near to the railway station.
Service staff is limited. So food we have to go outside or order from swiggy. Coat wise worth for money

Decent room. It took some time after reaching hotel to get the room even if I booked online. Near to railway station and Thampanoor bus stand. But you need to get a cab or auto as the hotel is in a small hilly area.

Good palce to stay, neat and clean rooms. Quiet place and have helpful support from staffs. Nice place to stay in better price. But don't have near by shops.

I had a very pleasant stay in affordable price during my visit to trivandrum.
It is located in city centre near to trivandrum bus stop and Trivandrum Central Railway station.

3rd class facilities /waste off money/ services is also not good / they don't care customer/ no water is coming /don't visit to this hotel.

Please don't visit just by seeing their pictures.
And ask if they have a bathroom attached. We didn't receive an attached room and they did not mentioned it earlier.

No ventilation
Hot I mean extremely hot even with the fan turned on it was just hot air blowing
Room service is non existent with no intercom and no lifts, if you are on second floor they expect you to run down to them as beg for service
got a torn white cloth in the name of a towel
No drinking water was ever provided to my room
The room stank and so did the beds again no surprise as there was 0 ventilation
Do not go by their pictures because there is NO ATTACHED BATHROOM! They never mentioned this during the booking and only mentioned it after I arrived at around 11.30 in the night PATHETIC people even denied me a cancellation even after all the false advertising on their site.

Almost clean and Good rooms.staffs are polite. You can order food from Zomato they will deliver at your door step. My overall rating is 7 out of 10

I have stayed in over 10 budget accommodations in the past one month and this hotel was the best in this price range. When I saw the room I almost couldn’t believe the price that I had rented it for. The room is spacious and super clean with basic amenities which are usually not available in this price range. A special shout out to Mr. Vijay at the reception, he is exceptionally helpful and goes the extra mile to help you out. His customer handling skills are at par with that of 5 star properties so I hope Saphire residency knows what an irreplaceable staff they have. I stayed in the Non ac room outside the reception area and the heat was normal.

Clean and budget friendly rooms. Friendly Staffs and couple friendly, no unwanted questions from the staffs while taking rooms. Room booking only through booking.com.

Decent rooms for the price.
Near to railway station, no noise, easy food delivery through Zomato.
Overall quite good, would recommend.

Rooms are clean but service was bad, no room service, if you staying in 2nd floor you should consider to carry a personal Ac (unbearable heat).
