All the men and women in uniform are very good, cooperative. Nice comfortable stay. Good for kids. Nice food. Recommend to stay.

I recommended this hotel to my friend, and his views are as follows pathetic service, cleanliness not up to the mark, bedsheets, towels are torn, have never seen hotel asking for a deposit, in the night time saw one person arguing with the guest, came to know that he is the duty manager, wifi not working even after telling the people, seriously it is a lodge

We just went for the bar, resort is beautiful and spacious in the Kochi surrounding areas. Prices are expensive, but should be expected for high end bar & restaurant. Very nice ambience and friendly staff.

Good parking area.and fully air conditioned for wedding reception.but the charge is very high.around 8 to 9 lakhs and food also extra not included in this cost.

A big hifi resort with multiple rooms and villas and a big auditorium used for functions. The villas are nice and cozy and have a common big pool. The auditorium is big and good and used to hold multiple functions like weddings, events and all. It's a beautiful place to be. Also given all the amneties it's quite expensive too.

First of all we are not happy because they overlooked bed decoration request which already done and adamantly telling did not request.
The bathroom is not clean.
The cupboard is abit wired smell.
Phone is not working.
Environment is great, pool is great. Food is nice. Thanks to the chef and the pool bar servant (not sure their names).

SAJ Earth Resort is one of a Biz hotel with Bar & Restaurant attached. Scarcely crowded, probably because of the high charges.

Went to attend a wedding. It's a good place the resort is also beautifully build. Good place very near the airport itself

Proximity to the airport is a plus point.lovely surroundings, a/c hall with a high stage. Food for the wedding attended was not very awesome, though I a not sure if it was from the resort or catered outside. The staff were very polite &respectful.

The property was nice and clean, as flight was delayed we staff was courteous to give us a late checkout and hold our luggage up until we got flight confirmation and not to forget free airport drop. Recommend for people flying out or flying in. Great stay all in all:).

Pool bar was good.
That's why i visited saj after long time.
Bt now they ate not serving KF strong beer at pool bar.
Only beer in the range of 300 or above is being served there.
That was a bad experience.
So i go to blue bar which is a part of saj.
They are serving all types of beer.
That bar was ok.
In blue bar rate is also affordable

We were disappointed.because pool was under maintenance and hotel authorities din inform us.the main attraction of this resort is the pool.but the breakfastwas awesome.and we enjoyed it

Awesome hotel but when I went ter was swimming pool under maintenance so little messed up.but they give complimentary room with tub bath.so I give 5 star.

The resort is kind of calm and serene. However not the greatest of the resorts for the cost charged. No affordable food. The pool is also in renovation we I visited, not sure if that's the case normally.

It's very cosy place, to have get togethers of any kind, be it personal or official, small and big parties, marriages etc. Removed little inside from city close to airport, logistics works out well. Rooms are quite spacious, clean with all modern amenities. Food is good. Lots of greenery, good landscaping, internal transport is good with bungee. Green and clean energy.cooperative staff.

Very bad service. Was about to miss my flight due to their drop facility.they only have 1 drop vehicle. The staff also shown no urgency.i waited 15min even after informing bout my departure well in advance

One hell of a resort, Pool is under repair, Cockroaches everywhere, AC not working, But they never change your room nor upgrade your room to something better. No discounts on room tariffs even after many drawbacks. And Food is one expensive potboiler. Kindly stay away

Good and neat rooms, good service, very helpful and good staff, food is expensive but very tasty, only disappointment we got was that the pool due to which we had excitedly booked the resort for, was under renovation. Rest it was a very pleasant stay

Not valued for money. Poor service. Condition of rooms are pathetic as very poorly maintained. Food is not worth for the money you pay. Just okay for a quick visit for few hours for resort facility. Not adviceble for a comfortable stay.

Five star hotel with echo friendly atmosphere and one function hall. Amble car parking available. Customer service is excellent.

The location is quite nice. We visited the restaurant and the prices were exorbitant. The ambience or the taste do not justify the prices.

The rooms are great, try to book the odd numbers for the direct pool access. Connectivity is good. But the in house restaurant has a little bit laid back attitude. Overall the stay was a good experience. A tad bit of effort will definitely make it a five star hotel.
