Disappointing Experience at Sajith and Sujith Beauty Salon

Sajith and Sujith Beauty Salon is a renowned celebrity salon that my wife had always dreamt of visiting for her hair treatment. However, our experience at the salon left us disappointed and dissatisfied.

Based on recommendations, my wife opted for a keratin treatment and a haircut. We were prepared for the high cost, with prices starting at 15,000 INR. However, to our surprise, the final bill amounted to a staggering 25,000 INR. Nevertheless, we were willing to overlook the exorbitant price if the results were long-lasting.

The salon assured us that the keratin treatment would last between 5 to 7 months, provided my wife followed the prescribed hair care routine, including specific shampoos and medications. Unfortunately, within just two weeks, her hair reverted back to its original state. This was a devastating blow for my wife, especially as we had an important function planned in three weeks' time.

To rectify the situation, my wife had to seek assistance from a local beauty salon, where she received a similar procedure at half the price. This only highlighted the inefficiency of Sajith and Sujith Beauty Salon. It became evident that the salon primarily focuses on haircuts, with the rest of the hair treatments being performed by inexperienced barbers from other states. The quality of service and results greatly varied, and it seemed that only famous or repeat customers received proper attention and satisfactory outcomes.

We were disheartened by the inconsistency and lack of expertise displayed at Sajith and Sujith Beauty Salon. The exorbitant prices combined with the short-lived results left us feeling dissatisfied with our experience. While the salon may be well-known for haircuts, we cannot recommend it for other hair treatments, especially considering the high costs involved.

If you are seeking a reliable and proficient salon for hair treatments, it would be advisable to explore alternative options. It is essential to find a salon that prioritizes customer satisfaction and employs skilled professionals to ensure the desired outcomes are achieved.

I am not sure on the hair cutting.i visited the place for cutting hair hearing the good work they does. Took an appointment at 7.30 pm on 26th dec. Reached before the fixed time.was travelling from cherthala with my kid. That's why i called and came. But as i reached.they told they won't be able to do the hair cutting as they have 3.4 clients pending to finish.they are tired after the travel so can't do at any cost.but to my opinion the front office staff shouldn't have committed the same.if they get 3.4 people appointments.at least they should have called me and intimated so that i could have avoided the travel.simply wasted my time.should consider as a human na.i don't know.the staff might be knowing the travel and tiredness before na.i called by 6 pm only.really dissatisfied customer i am.

I had tried to make an appointment on 3 multiple occasions ahead of time. All 3 times whichever lady spoke to me were rude and impatient to set me up for an appointment. I traveled to kochi 3 times in the last 2 months and attempted for an appointment with you folks.

Regardless, its unfair of me to give low ratings without having dealt with a service from you folks. I shall assume the customer service is good if the owner is involved. Much appreciate your enquiry to my rating.

I got a kaya cleanup on feb 2. It hurted a lot but i didnt really say anything as i had a lot of blackheads. Many hours after this cleanup, a scab was formed on my nose. I had to attend a very close family occasion for a week. Everyone kept asking what happened to my nose and suggested that i probably shouldn't get a cleanup from sajith and sujith ever again. I called you guys and one of the owner answered and said that it was normal to have a mark on the nose. However this was not just a mark. It formed a scab and even after TWO WHOLE WEEKS there is still a mark on my nose. This was not at all normal as the owner said and i am highly dissapointed of the service.
The pic attached below is the what my nose looked like the day after. It formed a scab and mark after one week. There is still a mark on my nose even after one month. Would not recommend a cleanup from here EVER.

This is a wonderful place for hair treatmentsbut I had twice experienced the disgusting attitudes of the receptionist even for booking appointment no respect and also normal are treated as very poorly and celebs are so well treated. By the receptionists

Total disappointment!

I had gone to the salon on 1st April 2021 after seeing multiple celebrity reviews and got carried away by those. This is one of the most unprofessional salons I’ve ever been to, it works like a factory! (thrs one set of people who does the hair wash and the owner does the haircut and then hands over to another person for the drying and setting which is totally fine if the hair cut is being done properly)

One of the owners who did my haircut was in so much of hurry that without listening to what kind of a haircut I wanted he just chopped off my entire length and just walked off, I specifically wanted to keep my length and just wanted to do a trim my ends but half of my hair was already chopped off before I could say anything. I was totally disappointed as I took so much effort to grow my hair and had a family event coming up and someone could just chop it off just like that with such a terrible attitude! Then in few minutes I see a celebrity walking in and the amount of time and attention given to them by the same owner who did my haircut.goodness!

Also, I was shocked to see the owner and some of the staffs not following any Covid protocols (No masks or sanitizer were seen inside the salon but disposable aprons and towels were given) at this time when the entire country is fighting the virus which was such an irresponsible behaviour in such a high spread environment.

There are much better and bigger salons in Kochi who would do a better job or atleast listen to what your needs and then do the haircut. Please do not go to the place if you are not a celebrity or a known person to them.

It was a nice experience.
Apart from the reception, the service i received was a great one.

It is not worth for the money. They charge a lot. Even they take gst amount extra from the service when u pay by card.and do not give receipt to the customer.

I really had a bad experience today. I had gone for a hair cut and threading. My hair is very thin and short. I had to thrim it. I had explained to them wat needs to b dne.stylist was very inexperienced and he had cut my hair so badly.

Threading was even so bad.one of my eyebrows were taken in such a way that dere is lot of gaps and it's aligned in a different size compared to the other.

Even my friend who had a hair cut wth me also had a bad experience.the stylist was inexperienced.he had cut the hair so short in an uneven manner.

The issue is wth the inexperienced stylists. We expect the services to be more professional. Please try to maintain the standard we expect from u. I had decided to come again bcoz of my first experience. But today I am completely unhappy wth the services I gt.

I have been to sajit and Sujit earlier and been happy with the experience but this time it was a disaster. After being made to wait for an hour (after fixing an appointment), he cut my hair so short after specific instructions not to do so. I had really long hair that I've beem growing out for years but they are so busy at the parlor their service is deplorable and do not pay any attention to what you're saying. They just do as they please and then say it's nice. I'm so upset I will never ever be going there again

Its been a wonderful experience for me. The entire team is fab and such caring people. Thanks a lot for making me comfortable and happy. I love my hair a lot now. These people are the best! Perfect choice for a bride to shine on her wedding day. They never give you an artificial look instead highlight your features with a astounding finish! I am one among those lucky brides!

Pathetic place for hair cut. They have no idea what they are doing. Please go through the other reviews about their haircutting services and you will understand what I am saying. There are so many complaints about their hair cutting service. Wish I had read these reviews before I went.

1 star only due to their waiting time and front desk staff. Made me wait for more than an hour to get a haircut and still after that they could not confirm how long I would have to wait still. If there was such a big queue or wait time why don’t they just mention that at the beginning. Wasted 1hr just sitting there!

I went there for getting a haircut with very high expectations. But I notice that they no longer give you the proper attention while undergoing a haircut. I had told them not to make my hair short several times but still ended up getting extremely short hair.

Really bad, even after booking very early and informing clearly that an appointment is needed, they made me wait for over 30 minutes. No sign of anybody coming and telling you that it will take time. When I complained about it, the receptionist looked at me in disdain as if she is telling inside "if she goes, we will get another 20 customers '' kind. Same thing happened in the previous times also. They were not at all like that years back when working at Panampilly Nagar.

Very bad experience. Very unprofessional behaviour and indifferent towards customers. They don't answer their phones and if they do, they will make you wait and then hang up. The parlour is filthy, not at all what we had expected. Although my friend and I had an appointment, the receptionist denied all knowledge of it. They showed us into an upstairs room and then locked the door from outside. We were horrified. We got the girl to open the door and we left after a 45 minute wait. We'll not visit this place again or recommend it to anyone.

I didn't like the experience at all. First of all, they dont provide you the bill, and the services provided by them are quite average.there is nothing exceptional about this place. I went for hair smoothening.and inspite of the high rate when compared to other salons I was ready to do it here itself coz I have heard a lot about this salon.but the experience or customer service is very bad here.they dont give proper attention while ironing and it was just hurting throughout the whole time inspite of telling them it is hurting.just a money making centre.thats it.

Mainly they only care about celebrities. Whoever else visits the salon for a hair cut is treated in a very rude manner. I had high hopes in them (obviously due to their fame). Infact one of the twin brother did came to cut my hair. He asked me wat style I want. I said I am okay with a style that suits me and just like any other normal person, I expected a reply from him. I had visited many of the top salons in kochi in the past and all of them had done a great job in suggesting the best style. But in this salon I had a very different experience. This particularly person in the salon didn't reply anything to my comment and just did some random trimming. Everyone who has visited this salon knows their style of cutting. They cut or rather trim the hair within less than five minutes. This person just trimmed my hair for less than two minutes. They have this inborn authoritarian attitude towards their normal customers. Felt so insulted at their attitude. WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN
