Salaa Boutique

Had a worst experience from salaa boutique thalassery. We gave an order to design a shall with reference. They delivered one week after the delivery date with a complete different shall. When we call them they were very rude to us. Never ever gonna go there and will make sure that they will not get any order from our contact
Very bad behaviour of cashier and designers. They ate our 6000rs for a single shall with their stupid design

We bought around 2 dresses and 2 male suits for my brother’s marriage. We loved the male suits they did and looking forward to do more from them.

My mom tried designing an outfit for my wedding with them and she was so happy with the final product.

It was my first time with this boutique and I must say it was an awesome, over the top experience.

Shabab doesnt pickup my calls and if he picks up
He says i’ll call in 10 mins
And he never calls back
He bought dresses in july 2021
And he isnt sending my payments
Its unethical
He took advantage of our friendship
He has money to roam but cant send our money
This is wrong business

They doesn't know to do perfect aari works, simply some glue works only. No perfection and low quality material but charging like anything.so pls b careful wen u approach them for customisation. Totally disappointed with my first purchase from them.

And they delivered the dress only on the wedding day that too with poor fitting and very poor work that anyone can do with beads and gum. Never expected this kind of cheap work from them and for the money i paid. Very unprofessional bbehavior and very very bad work and taking too much money also. Nevr ever approach them! They are simply Cheating customers. I was really disappointed.

Very few collection and materials. No designing ideas. Only prepares from what designs we have and very few materials they have. Unhappy and unimpressed

Very disappointed with costumer service. Cheap quality clothes which you can only use one time. Not worth the money.
