Don’t even want to give a single star. Rent is very high and doesn’t provide minimum facilities for that price. Irresponsible management and staff. Food quality and taste is very bad. Hostel located in a remote area where transportation is very difficult.

Over priced with worst quality. Only cleaning is the hostel is good other than that all are worst. Taste, quality, quantity and menu of the food is not good. Also the inmates are getting worms in the food. Management is irresponsible and not at all good behaviour towards the intimates. There are many stairs in the hostel so if the intimates are ill they want able to get stairs. There are only two filters for all the intimates in that hostel and all the time it is complaint. They didn't take any appropriate actions regarding our complaints.

Safe and secure hostel for ladies, calm and peaceful ambience, standard food facilities, cab facilities are provided, friendly staffs, maintained proper rules and ethics, highly recommended.

Salaams Kailas is one of the best hostel near Technopark. One of the unique factor is Cab service. Great and safe environment. Office staffs are very friendly and helpful in any circumstances. Highly recommended for girls. Great experience.

The hostel premises and rooms are really clean. All the staffs including the management staffs are very friendly and Caring. Very safe environment. There is auto stand right in front of the hostel. Loved the experience. Would highly recommend.

Best hostel ever around technopark. There's security and great cleaning staff. The food is okay, the rooms are good and the place is really clean. Feel really safe here. The warden is great and helpful and any concerns will be addressed.

I have been staying in salaams kailas since last month. Great facility with affordability is their motto. The pollution free and silent ambience of this hostel is awesome. The food they provide is far better than any other hostels nearby. They have a separate prayer room and washing facility and even provide washing machines. Calm atmosphere for students. Beena Aunty is the person who is in charge of the hostel and she meets every person with a smile. There is no restriction in timings, water usage, electricity usage

I stayed in this hostel for nearly 2 years and have been thoroughly satisfied with how well I was taken care of. The receptionist Parvathy and Beena Aunty have been so obliging and helpful and have gone the extra mile for any sort of emergencies and help required. I was stuck in the hostel for about 3 months due to COVID and was very much grateful for how well the hostel took care of its remaining inmates. I have not seen any other hostel taking this much care of their inmates during COVID time. The major aspects of the hostel are its cleanliness and food. I personally have not enjoyed the food, but the availability of food for all meals has definitely made my life easier after work. One issue which I have with the hostel is it’s rent which includes the amount for food, so they will not minus the amount for food even if we’re not there. This is clearly highlighted before joining, so no reason to complain after reading through the rules and moving in to the hostel. One other issue which I faced was the frequent power cuts in the hostel. There is no generator running for the rooms and I personally found it difficult. Overall my experience with Salaams Kailas hostel was very positive and I would definitely suggest it to anyone moving near Technopark.

Safe and comfortable stay, good facilities and friendly staff. Especially during the Corona lock-down, took good care of all the residents so well.

One of the best hostel near technopark. I am staying here for more than 1.5 years.hostel rent is bit high.but we can have safe and comfortable stay here.friendly behaviour from staffs. Rooms and bathrooms are always clean and neat. The only problem is vegetarians need to compromise their food.

My wife was staying there and due to corona when we went their to collect our things, they wont allow us to take our things. Employee were so rude and owner had no responsibility at all

I'm here for nearly its going to be 3 yreas. This place is gud compared to other places for working women of any shifts (women's hostel) near techno park. Friendly staff and got so much friends from other offices. Food is very bad at times. No WiFi facilities. These are the things needs to be adjusted. Bathrooms are clean and neat. Cleaning staffs does their work well. Cab facility is provided for us who has office in different places in techno park. 24/7 security is there. We can have a safe stay here. Rent is bit high compared to other hostels. Overall good being here.:)

I am an inmate of Salaams kailas women's hostel for 3 years. Though hostel is safe, clean, furnished to our retirement, very decent full, good food, etc. ; but I feel as if on my mother's lap (Bina chechi)

If there was a option to give 0 stars I would do that. Very rude staffes especially jamal. When I asked my caution deposit back, he insulted me in front of everyone and asked me to file a case. Very bad food also. Very indecent staffs. Don't go there. I wasted my caution deposit of rs 6000. Money minded people. Shame on you guys. Not recommended at all

Cleanliness is greatly maintained and food is also pretty good. Flexible timings for going in and out. Security ensured. Electricity, water and staff is also appreciable

I like the stay because i put on a faire well party. I wish they could put a shop and lift to go up and down stairs. I got to meet Benna aunty and the resection chechis as good friends. When me and grandma stayed there we got to eat varieties of food.

If there is an option to give 0 star I would give that. Located in back gate of technopark, remote area. Owner is not responsible for anything. Staffs were not supporting, kind of hidden charges, for cab and any extra lime juce

The hostel is homely and gives a good ambiance. Indoors and outdoors have plants grown. Secure and facilitated especially for working women.

A ladies hostel located close tot he back gate of the Technopark located at Trivandrum. A nice neat well run hostel where you will find residents from all over India. A place preferred by the women employees of the many companies that operate out of the Technopark. Pure vegetarians will have to supplement their diet with an extra bite from out side.

Home indeed.very clean rooms and premises.safety with freedom.people not from kerala might take some time to adjust with the food but.otherwise.food is very good and hygenic when compared to other hostels.they try their best to include some sweet after dinner everyday.which seemed pretty good thing to me.if looking for hostel.this is a very good one.without doubt!

Having good facilities, but you have to pay rent they have caution deposit also. Otherwise they are having good facilities.

Outside look of the hostel is good but the rooms are very conjusted where it is difficult to live

Its a beautiful place peaceful, no distbnce, food is also good, , management ppl r very kind its like home, , I hv stayed der so out f experience m saying its amazing, , very hygienic, near to techno park also, everything is very good der if ur planning to join plz go ahead.

Salaams Kailas is secure and peaceful. Surrounded by greenery and manageent aid well to your concerns. And food is better compared to other PG or hostel around here.

A hostel with good facilities and a green environment. Gives atmost importance to cleanliness. Food is better than other hostels around the place. Grievances are always met and solved immediately.

One of the best hostel in trivandrum is salaams kailas. Wil hav a beautiful atmosphere. The dealing of staffs are also really good.

There is not a thing called cleanliness, the food is very bad and pathetic. All the facilities such as WiFi for 24 hrs is false. Very poor service and bad management.

Being an inmate here for the past 1 year, the only advantage I saw here is that the hostel is near to technopark and that cab facility is available (they call it free cab however we pay ₹ 5500/month + extra 200 ironbox/ laptop) hair straighteners etc).
About the food, of course we had the best food at the time of joining, but now the condition is really pathetic. We get just a thoran and a curry for lunch (and sometimes flies too find place in the curry.
And about the water supply, eventhough the water supply stops suddenly while we are inside the washrooms (usually in the mornings), the curries we get contains enough amount of water.
About the mess staffs, so impolite and if we ask for some curry for the 2nd time, on seeing their face, I feel like I asked for the aadharam of their house.
1 star for the cab faciity & cleanliness (rooms & toilets)

No quantity and quality in the food. Money oriented people. We have to beg the staff at mess to get some more food. There is no guarantee that food will be there towards the end of mess hours. Even the cloth washing and drying area is so pathetic. Various insects will be there, actually no use in washing and drying there, it will only get more dirty.

To mention about food quality, some days are good. But mostly u will get watery liquids as curry and that too u won't get more. Even if we complain, no use. They just need the money. Not at all value for the money you pay!
