Good atmosphere and food iteams the problem is there staff behaviors management should take care for that. Never recommended to anyone

Tried porotta and malabari chicken curry both are very good with taste. Only porotta and chapathi are available un breakfast menu. Some snacks also available there.

Been to salkara wayanad road in the non AC section. Fairly priced but shocked when they charged rs 280+tax for half portion fish mulagitta curry (single piece).
Food & service good.

Had a cup of tea.bought and ate a chayem chicken bontam.felt like eating a hot porata.ordered.porata came.all hotels will give some salan (curry). The team that slaps the gst bill even for a cup of tea. Shameful and bad experience

Located in the East Nadakkavu, in an easily accessible area. The hotel will be full almost all the time and is very difficult to get a seat. But cannot compromise in the matter of food as it is very much tasty. Afternoon time is the peak time with lot of people as their meals are tasty.

Good food with economic cost. But the ambiance and seating set up are a bit odd. They need to rearrange or renovate the standards

Use to visit this outlet fr last 6 yrs.today again I visited.ordered parcel of 6 chappati and fish mango curry.curry was ok but fish piece was stale.cant believe this.that too from paragon group.management pls look into it.otrwse the time is not far for u people to put down the shutters.

Really good in quality and also the services are very good, home delivery is done in time and the service men are very polite, and especially Mr. Kiran - AGM is a humble and down to earth person who listens carefully all the suggestions.

Really good food. Chicken biriyani is really great. The chicken they using is special from own farm. All nonveg items are tasty and must try category. Meals with fish curry is superb. All items are worthy for every ruppe we are paying.

Nice ambiance, caring service, big surprize every time food came to the table - it just looked so awesome and tasted even better.

Ordered onam sadhya for our entire office and it was GREAT!

Very Bad Delivery
The Price is higher than quantity of food
Chicken 65 quater prices 104+gst and having only 3 small pieces, I can buy with same price in Malappuram also have atleast 6 medium pieces

Felt like the restaurant was over-rated. Didn't like the biriyani as it was too pricey and had nothing special going for it compared to numerous other restaurants in Calicut. I had visited it after seeing the hype online.

Very bad experience.gobi manjuri was Odered. But that was too bad ever. They dont know how to make food and all. Don't go here people. Eventhough original Paragon restaurant is still great, Salkara has lost it's old glory. Service people don't even know about the food items that we are telling. The food ordered was very poor.

I had very bad experience.yesterday ordered sadhya and did not deliver till 2: 30. We had elderly people who have lunch before 1pm. Finally had to cancel the order. Very very poor customer service. No proper organization or efficiency.

Pathetic service on this Vishu day. Ordered Sadya on Vishu day and all family is suffering without food. They have committed food delivery by 12 noon and now they have switched off all the phones and no response. Its 2 0' clock now. We need tovl find out some other way! Shame on Paragon Group!

Salkara one of the famous restaurants in Calicut. But worst experience had in today in the Vishnu today. I had to tell you Salkara group that if you are not able handle order which taken during festival seasons then don't do publicity to people who cheated with your advertisement. Food is needed when the customer needed. Not like if I order this year vishu should deliver it on next vishu. I tried to your landline from 12 o clock to 2: 30 PM to know my order status. NOBODY ATTENDED. I tried to your person phone number which given by your other branch that number was busy throughout the days. Sorry to say REALLY REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE. AND NEVER DO THIS WITH ANY CUSTOMER IN FUTURE. This is my request. Thanks for your undelivered food.

The food ordered was very poor. Veg. Fried rice had no taste and it was just like eating plain rice. Gobi dry was ordered, but what I got was oil fried Gobi 65. What we felt was that they are not following former standards and have switched to 'just a business' attitude.

East Nadakavu branch. Very bad experience on Vishu day! We preordered 4 nos. Vishu sadhya. But the items were never delivered to us! We constantly called on various contact nos.of theirs and there was no response! We were surprised to receive such irresponsible behavior from them.ended up having lunch really late that was bought from another restaurant (luckily).

Very poor service. I was told that the food would be delivered at home on the 14th of April. No food till 1.30pm. I rang many times to know the situation but without anyone answering the phone. So I had to go there personally to get my lunch pack. There were many people there in the same situation, having come to the hotel to pick up what they had ordered. Such confusion. Being a special day, the 14th was important to all. The hotel was very irresponsible, I feel.

I pre ordered a vishu sadhya from your restaurant the delivery time was prescribed 1: 30pm and I didn't get my delivery after 3: 00 even I am a regular customer of your hotel and I lost the trust of your restaurant

Paragon, a signature for authentic food in kozhikode, now in other places too. The authentic kozhikodan taste in all the food.

This is One of the best restaurants visited ever. Really great dishes. Loved it very much. You can go there for having food.

Outdated fish fry, outdated curd, ordered beef biryani then supplier replied it is finished then ordered fish biryani finally billed mutton biryani.we don't know whether eated beef or mutton.

It's not bad nor well good, while it is a branch of paragon group which is one of the best restaurants in Kerala. So we can't expect the same quality of that of paragon. But it's good anyhow.

I had a bad experience yesterday, Bad food quality, wastage of money, we can get better food in the other hotels.service was also not good.serving tables, plates and spoons are dirty.had a fishfry it tasted like old oil.

Biriyani wasn't up to the mark, it was bland and salt was less, we get far better biriyanis in other branches of paragon. Meals was good, but koontgal fry was flop

Salkara is another venture from Paragon group. Famous for their food quality. A bit congested most of the times. You will have to wait a bit to get the food served also. During afternoon time, its crowded. Everything like this will get cancelled out by the food quality. Thats why paragon group is remaining one of the best in this business.
