Salt and Pepper Restaurant

Food quality was totally totally waste. Worst experience in Chinnakanal's Salt and Pepper Restaurant. If possible, I can give Police Complaint also. Please guys, never and ever visit this hotel for any purpose. You might suffer from any disease like we are suffering.

The place is so calm and quiet surrounded by trees, we heard birds songs while waking up in the morning. People working here are so pleasent and well mannered. Have a nice restaurant with good food.

Gone byseeing review but we got very bad quality food (Butter Chicken & Poratta), feels stomach pain

Buy 10 Fried rice & chilli chicken & 10 porotta.even charged extra 10 porotta price.poor quality.really sad about the food we wasted due to their incapability. Not recommending. GO THEIR IF YOU WANT TO ADMIT IN HOSPITAL.

When we entered we are so hungry they served as soon as possible they can and I really loved it

Their rates are quite less as compared to big restaurants in club Mahindra and Sterling. However Taste and quality can be improved.

Good restaurant. Bit off the road. Food was okay. Reasonable price. For people staying in Club Mahindra, it's a good option, considering not many eating places around. Take away service is there.

Pleasantly surprised to find such nice food here. We ordered rice, dal, fish fry and it was very very tasty. The curd rice and tomato rice was epic. Fish fry also nicely made. Thank you for the nice food.

One of the okay restaurant at surynelly.situated very near to bevco. I think they better cut down in items offered in menu and give the best in less numbers.

The food provided here is so tasty and yummy, you will get most of the South Indian dishes, and good variety of biriyanis, the Putt and chicken roast was one kinda delicious breakfast we had here and the chicken biryani with chicken fry was soo yummy, i would say this is the only bets restaurant around suryanellikolukk malai

Very bad service. The service is very bad. Accommodation facilities are good but we would leave that place at once we experience their behaviour. Food serving is the best part as it takes forever. But bill is given even before the tea. No value for money

Waited 30 minutes for a waiter to even notice us and then another 45 minutes for food. I am ok with waiting and bad service if the food was ok. It was not. The butter chicken tasted funny. The biryani I had was the worst I ever tasted. The pappadam was ok though. Please improve your service. And above all please improve the quality of your food. It costs reasonably high, customers expect at least ok taste.

Good food at affordable pricing. Staff acts a bit pricey being the only good option in that locality. My personal recommendation please try their chapatis and place order before 9PM. BEVCO Liquor shop is just next to this place

Not that much good.average food & service, and the rates are on little higher side just because of its located in a tourist place.that's not at all fair.

They are charging for the localates one rate and for the outsiders they are charging higher rate for all food items.

We ordered food from here rice was spoiled rotten food was sent to us n chicken pieces r too small n it didn't taste like chicken

Below average food and pathetic approach of the staff towards customers, where they continue to argue even after being shown their mistake.

Highly recommended. Very tasty food. Have to wait little bit. I tried protta with pepper chicken, it was delicious. Staff who deal with us was fantastic.

Poor place for a beef biriyani they are charging 180 INR and chicken biriyani is less cost than beef biriyani 140 INR

Very delicious food. We had dosa for breakfast and the chutney and sambar taste like homemade one.
