Attended a birthday function in the hall in the ground floor. Nice and spacious hall for small gatherings. The balcony facing the river is an advantage.

Hi quality conference hall for small function and good atmosphere, very near to Lake and in budget.

I spent Rs. 1600 for staying one day in that hotel. I felt not worth for that amount.as per my rating it's ok.

It is suitable for small functions. Good View in Dining area, but the overall facility in that area has a room to improve.

Nice and beautiful residence at riverside. Calm and quiet ambience with necessary exclusion from the unwanted noises of town. Easy to reach and enough parking. AC and Non-AC rooms available. The conference hall accommodates hundred persons. Suitable for small gatherings.

Excellent experience. Great hospitality and friendly staff. Well maintained rooms and service. The place is away from the main road and offers a good view and peaceful stay.

It's ok. The auditorium is a little bit small and will get crowded when many people come to attend the function.

Air conditioned auditorium with a great view. The outside sitting area in the back is really nice. Siting on the benches watching the river flowing camly would make your day. The only downside I felt is its small size.

Very spacious room. The view outside the room is mind blowing. Out of all the friendly behaviour of the staffs was the best. There’s no restaurant here.

Excellent place beside Tirur River. It has hotel, Auditorium for marriage and reception. It has a small auditorium Also, for small get together party.

A silent and calm place very near Tirur town. Good for meetings and stay also. Riverside view etc are the main attraction. Very nice place.

Good rooms with good river views. Double rooms with extra beds. Refrigerator facility, river view windows. Spacious rooms. Friendly staffs. Bathrooms are average. Lot of parking area. Close to city.

Person at the reception doesn’t know how to behave, he don’t have any hospitality.we checked in at night after a tiring train journey.he took 30 min to check in us even after paying full money online, rooms are not up to money paid.no one one helped to carry luggage.there is no lift in property.bathrooms are untidy.cleanings and supply staffs are North Indian workers.if u are looking for train accesssbility there are hotels very near to tirur station.don’t book this hotel
