One of the very best restaurants in kochi with an awesome ambience, clean surroundings and a professional set up it serves the signature dish in kochi that's the pork items and are th best
Very insulting behavior from staff, they come as if they want to push us out of the restaurant. Especially the person today during 5-6pm. He would push a bill at you, before you can order something.
Very bad staff behavior. The staff, who were there between 5-6 pm today, were hit with the bill. Puli's behavior was as if he had left the place where he should be ordered. This is not a place for decent people to go.
Restaurant with really old decor. Something similar to 90s. I had friends rice and chilli chicken. Fried rice moist and non sticky and chilli chicken cooked not too hot.
The experience was unexpectedly low since I was visiting for the first time. I've heard highly from others about this place and when I visited it wasn't as appealing as expected. Food that was available at that time was decent. At the time of visit, the menu was very limited which was a let down. Other than that, the restaurant layout and ambience is good. Definitely can see it get better if they put in the effort.
Yummy food. The fried rice served here was sooo soft and tasty. The chilly pork and chicken roast were also good and all of them were reasonably priced. Loved the experience.
Decent place. The food did not take too long. Service was good. Only problem was they card machine which declined 3 of my cards 2 international from Oreland and 1 from India which of course I'm 100% sure had more than enough funds on it. Nevertheless it is my first trip in India so I alway carry cash for emergencies so crysis adverted.
Have been hearing about this restaurant and have passed by it many times. Last week got a chance to visit it. They have a huge parking space behind the restaurant, it's a corridor that you will notice hardly. The restaurant is over 30 years old. It's a large hall separated by small screens. We ordered the Chicken fried rice and the Garlic Chicken (Rs. 300). One full fried rice (Rs. 210) and a half (Rs. 170) are what we ordered. The quantity was at par. Ordered two Pineapple juices (Rs. 70). And The service was good. Felt the pricing a slightly higher.
Once Sanjoe restaurant served nice food.those days are GONE, but their price for dishes are still on higher side.
I had egg fries rice and garlic chicken for lunch, rice was no better than the one you can get in a very low budget restaurant and the chicken pieces in garlic chicken had more than meat. Also, chicken seems to be old, it didn't have any flavour.
Only good thing I felt was their air conditioning in the dining area.
Very good place for spending time with family and friends, neat nice and calm place. Parking space is also available. Green tea and lime juice are not available but ok you can get fresh pineapple juice.
Never go to this hotel. Ambience is good. But food is waste. Highly priced too. For a plate of chicken biriyani, they charge 170 RS. But the quantity is less and the quality of rice is low. The customer will get only 2 very small pieces of chicken. (one piece cut into 2 very small pieces). That too, very small pieces. Normally in every restaurant, a chicken biryani consists of 2 leg or breast pieces and one egg. But here they take 170 RS and give one small piece without egg. This is cheating and can't be supported. I won't visit this restaurant again. Rice's quantity is also very less. Never go to this restaurant. Also they serve pork. Its not an eatable item for many people. We will get chicken biryani for 130 RS with a boiled egg and 2 big pieces of chicken, that too in Cochin itself.
